When I made the initial call and described what I wanted done, Gordon gave me an estimate over the phone and we set up an appointment for 2 days later. He arrived at the site a few minutes early and called me to let me know he was there. When measuring the windows, we discovered they were of many different sizes, and although this made his job more complicated he stood by his original price. He said he could have them for me in two hours and would call me when he was coming back with them. His time estimate was right on target, and he rapidly installed the screens, explaining to me how to do it for future reference. In addition to replacing/repairing screens, his business handles window/door glass repair and replacement. I plan to use these services in the future.
Description of Work: I had window screens made for all 21 windows on a triplex. The windows are old and any screens that once existed were long gone before we bought the building. The windows were surprisingly varied in size so each one had to be measured carefully.
