Beau Johnson called me and came over to my house to give me a free diagnosis of my plumbing issues (bathtub and bathroom sink draining slowly). His estimate was higher than I'd hoped it would be (I'd gotten several ballpark estimates over the phone but everyone else was booked up). But he was available to fix the problem right then and I felt he knew what he was doing so I agreed (plus he gave me a 10% Sr. Discount which was helpful). Anyway, he did a great job and resolved the issue in a very short time so was very pleased with my overall experience with this company.

Super fast response!

I had a failed sump pump replaced and wanted to add an emergency backup system with a separate pump powered by a marine battery. 1- They responded immediately. 2- Our service tech was knowledgeable. I had confidence from the start he knew exactly how to put together the system I was looking for. 3- One look at the installation tells you it was done right, not just slammed in there. 4- The service tech showed up at our door clean, and he left the site cleaned up when done as well.

I needed to replace 4 toilets in my new construction home, and did not want Lowe's or Home Depot to mess up my house. I knew exactly what toilets I wanted and called Price Busters who got the toilets, showed up with them and installed them, did a really good job, and carried away the old toilets. Not only did they do a bang up job, but they also wrapped up a couple of little things that I had in the kitchen at no charge. This was an awesome experience and I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone.

they were prompt although, they did not come at scheduled time. They did call and make me aware of time change.

Beau was very conscientious and discussed the problem on Sat. and then showed up on time Sunday morning to unclog my bathroom sink drains. The project required a more major entry into the wall to get a clean out access but Beau was careful and did a great job. It was an expensive job but I would call them again.
