Zach contacted me quickly to set up an appointment for the next day. He came within the specified time frame. He checked that the leak in the crawl space was from the toilet and not the other fixtures. He repaired it, checked it and then spent time checking out a couple of other items that we want to update in the near future. I'll be using them again.

The men who came out were very professional, courteous, conscientious and quick to complete the task at hand. I don't think we've ever had better customer service, and we would request the same people the next time we need help if we could. Thank you!

Along with the drain clog we had a toilet that was not flushing correctly. This was not fixed so we still have a problem. Now I will have to call another plumber and have a 2nd bill.

A little frustrating initially scheduling for an estimate. First appt, received a call at the time someone was supposed to be there for the appt saying they couldn't make it out that day. Was promised a call asap back with new appt time followed with a confirmation email. Received neither. I called the following day and finally got someone to come out. Did hire the company. I was charged $740 for attempting to snake the drain. They were unsuccessful but were happy to take the money anyway. They said I was paying for the hydrojet which did not work at all because the drain was full of fluid.
