+ -1 moreI tried to drain my hot water heater (unsuccessfully due to vapor lock) and in the process the water shut off valve to the hot water heater started to leak. We have had problems with other shut off valves in our place cracking and causing huge problems so I called the plumber. Mario came out the same day I called and promptly fixed it. It turned out to be a quick and easy fix, but he showed me what he did, gave me advice on my hot water heater, and even called the hot water heater installation company to see if it still had a warrantee. He was quick, efficient, and very professional.
Description of Work: The shut off valve to my hot water heater started to leak. Mario came out the same day I called and promptly fixed it. A couple of bolts just needed to be tightened up quite a bit. After throughly inspecting it, Mario determined that no hardware needed to be replaced at the time.

+ -1 moreThey came in on about fifteen minutes notice, which was nice because it kept the house from being flooded.
Description of Work: We were having some flooding and I had a gutter that was overflowing into a window well. Essentially they did some emergency work, rerouting it through the yard and ended fixing it up.

He is easy to reach, he is very responsive, he does what he says he is going to do when he says he will do it, he has reasonable prices, he knows his business, and he explains what he is going to do. He knows the options and explains them.
Description of Work: Plumbing by Mario has done everything from clearing drains to putting in new toilets to putting in new sinks to changing out disposals.
