 + -1 moreI had a gift certificate from my Realtor, so decided to try the service to save myself some time shopping. I was reluctant at first because I like to pick my own produce. The first delivery was fresh, beautiful, and perfect, except for the billing. They couldn't get the gift certificate credit right. Unfortunately, it was downhill from there. Every subsequent delivery involved billing problems, errors in the order, produce that was inedible, or any combination of the above. Customer service assured me every time that extra attention would be paid to my order next time, but next time was always the same or worse. I reluctantly had to cancel due to the inordinate amount of follow-up time I had to spend tracking errors and delayed credits to my account.
Description of Work: Every other week delivery of produce and groceries.

OUR ORDER ARRIVES WEEKLY TO OUR FRONT DOOR ALONG WITH COOKING AND PREPARATION TIPS FOR UNUSUAL ITEMS. THE PRODUCE IS OF VERY HIGH QUALITY AND ALWAYS FRESH. THOUGH WE HAVE OCCASIONALLY RECEIVED UNREASONABLY GREEN FRUIT, THE COMPANY HAS GLADLY COMPENSATED BY ADDING EXTRA ITEMS TO OUR NEXT DELIVERY. THE ORDERING PROCESS IS FLEXIBLE TO FAMILY NEEDS, WITH EASY SUBSTITUTIONS OR HOLDS ON ORDERS THAT CAN BE REQUESTED ONLINE.
