Phinney Ridge Painting

We love Phinney Ridge Painting. We used them for another prior project that required more serious wall repair on the interior and exterior and they did a fantastic job. We had a large hole in the wall and you can't see the slightest trace of that, so it was a no brainer that we went back to them for the stairwell project. Their attention to detail and speed is amazing. They call and email when they say and show up at your house when they say. We've worked with three different painters and all three treated our home with care and respect. I highly recommend them for any projects. They're our go-to now.

They spent two hours cleaning. The guy told me that they could not come back and I never held them for that. If they do come back, I will have them clean up the gutters again. But they did a fine job.

The guys showed up on time and did the work quickly and cleanly. My first and lasting impression has been: great quality work - better than previous drywall repairs obtained through Angie's list. This service was an indulgence for me this year and it was great to have my lights up and looking so good. The office was prompt in contacting me via email and arranging the times. The two workers who showed up worked hard and talked very politely to me about what I wanted done. When they had a question, they asked me rather than just assuming the answer. And, they were respectful of the plants near the windows. I was delighted to have my house look so sparkly for Christmas! I wasn't home when they came to take down the lights but I left a note and a bin on the front porch. When I got home, everything was down and put away as I requested. If I can, I will certainly use this company again for Christmas lights!

It was okay. It was unremarkable. Nothing stood out.

The window washers did a good job. They were able to compromise with me because I could not be here for the washing. I wanted them to do the outside of the house and I was fine with them to compromise. The work they did was phenomenal and some windows were tall so they had to go up on tall ladders to reach those. They could perhaps be a bit more flexible and come up with a schedule for people who can’t be home in normal business hours.

Fine - even gave me some scrape I needed for another repair

Pressure washers came to my home right on schedule in October or November. They told me that they could arrange to do the work in 2015 since I wanted the natural wood decks washed and then treated when dry next year in 2015. I really appreciated their flexibility and willingness to work with me in this way.

Get service on time and very prfessional

Very professional, 2 guys came over for 2hours of work, and got everything I was hoping to get done done.With a small amount of time left after the house was cleaned, they power washed the driveway to get rid of the grass and weeds growing in the cracks in the concrete. The guys were polite, efficient and knew their business. I would definitely use their services again.

I was quite clear with the manager that we were trying to get our home ready for painting. They left one man to do the work (which was fine) and gave him a can of spray texture to match the texture of our walls. We have smooth drywall! So I waited over a month for them to come back and fix it and now we are out of the running for interior painting this winter, unless we can find a smaller company to do it, or wait for this company, which i am now unsure about.

After a few rounds of phone tag, we were able to arrange a date and time. I was not present when the pressure washing was done. They did an excellent job and covered all the areas I asked for.

It was done professionally.

They were careful, did a great job and there scheduler was amazing to work with.

They hung Christmas lights and due tot he snow they had to come back twice to complete the job. They were very responsive and did a great job. High degree of customer service!

Very professional and friendly. Carlos did a good job, was very neat, and did not leave a mess.

I think it is too late to have the service done. I am refunding deal.

Phinney Ridge Painting was really nice and did try to make the deal work for us, but they have been running lots of deals with only one crew doing the holiday light, and had to book us out pretty far. It took a while to schedule and the earliest appointment available was several weeks out. They put me on a list for an earlier appointment and they called three times to offer earlier appointments when a crew got done early on another job, but with only a few hours notice I wasn't able to make them work. Finally, we decided it was too long to wait and to just put the lights up and cleaned the gutters ourselves.

Scheduling was a bit of a challenge, but our appointment was finally set for 2:00pm on a Monday. I was contacted at 9:00am that day and offered an earlier time, which was convenient for me. They arrived at 11:00, I showed them what I wanted done, and they got right to it. They finished in two hours and did a wonderful job. Highly recommend!

My wife & I are very hard to please, but we were blown away with the work done by the Phinney Ridge team! Our old house has plaster that is finished with a slightly irregular surface design. It is beautiful, but hard to replicate. Carlos and Israel couldn't have done a better job. It looks as good as the original finish, and the paint was a perfect match with the other walls. I am amazed that they not only did their work with the utmost care and professionalism, but it came in at budget (which was quite reasonable). They get the highest marks in every respect, and our neighbors are ready to use them when their time comes.

The two gentleman showed up on time, introduced themselves very professionally and then walked around the property to confirm what I wanted done. They worked to complete the pressure washing and gutter cleaning with the allotted time and did a great job. The deck looks great and is no longer a death trap on wet or cold days and the gutters are clear for the rain season. The only thing I would have like to see what sweeping the leaves and debris from the front steps as well - it had been very windy and there were lots of leaves, branches, debris in our lower deck which ended up on our front steps and wasn't removed. But it was easy enough to sweep away. Would definitely use them again - they were professional and very nice guys.

They couldn't do the work for a month which was too long to wait.

The men were prompt, professional and polite. The owner was responsive to my request for information. And Becky, in the office, couldn't have been nicer. I would definitely use them again!

We purchased a deal. They called us early set up an appointment. We had lots of holes that needed filling due to my husband redoing the electrical in an old house. We asked them to give us a hard stop at 4 hours worth of hole filling. They did a great job matching texture on old latham- plaster and we also had some sheetrock work. There may have been a communication drop on one hole that was neatly mudded just to the plastic cover, but it is hard to know if we were not clear or if the laborer Carlos got confused and should have asked us what was wanted. We went out to keep the baby away from the dust so he did not have a chance to check with us. Carlos was great and we are content even with the one odd hole.
