The crew was responsive and extremely courteous. Liked the guys.

After purchasing my coupon, I received an email from the owner asking for information about what I needed done, when, etc. I also received a follow-up phone call. His response time was very fast and scheduling was quick and painless. There was a last minute change in the worker's arrival time, but it was no big deal. I was happy with the work and the communication from this company was very good, even though they had many jobs to schedule in response to their coupon. I would recommend them for this type of work.

They did very good work and I would defianlty use them again.

They did a great job. Only issue was waiting for the rain to stop so the work on the balconies could be executed.

They hung the lights and it was fine. It did take them a while to get back and take them back down.

It turned out pretty good. I called them and they came out four or five days later. I told them that I did not want anything else done. I think that everything is all right. I would use them again.

Nick was great to work with. His team pressure washed our driveway and some stone retaining walls. The surfaces were clean, moss-free, and looked brand new! We would definitely use this company again.

The young man who did this job worked for 4 hours without a break. The equipment he used was top notch and the job was perfect. To top it all off he was charming. I called the owner to compliment him and I tipped him too.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They did a very nice job. They were good. The price was good for the amount of work they did.

From scheduling to finish, easy and efficient..

I was surprised by how fast and efficient they were. Not only did they ask if there was anything else they could do after they had finished the gutter cleaning, they were very professional and friendly.

I used them for pressure washing. They sent a guy out and he did a good job.

They came when they said they would and finished quicker than I expected. My driveway looks great.

Excellent job, turned out very well. Took more time than expected, a total of 9 hours compared to the 4 hours from the coupon so the cost was more than expected. But you pay for what you get. I would use Phinney Ridge Painting again.

Although they did a good job, we didn't get the time that we paid for. My husband told them to clean the driveway and then if they've got any time left, to clean the gutters. However, they didn't clean the gutters and left at least 30 minutes earlier than they should have.

I bought this off the Deal of the day. Nik kept in touch with me to make sure I redeemed my deal and came and spent 4 hours total doing a fantastic job of cleaning gutters, applying moss killer and pressure washing my driveway and sidewalk. Very professional and very ethical and courteous!!

The difference in the driveway and walks was amazing. They looked so good. He did a great job. We are very happy and would call them again.

They were very proactive, got in touch with me as soon as I signed up for the "Big Deal," came out shortly after that, cleaned my gutters and removed five years' worth of mold and algae from the front of our house.

I came home after work that night and even in the dark could see the difference. All requested areas were free of mossy build up and debris. It almost seems an exaggeration to say that everything was literally glowing, but I don't think it is. The next morning, when I saw it in the light, I was still in awe. Had I known it would look this good, I would have done it sooner. Very impressive work!

Work was of good quality. People who came out were courteous and professional. I did have an issue with scheduling, but when I brought it up to the owner, he was very responsive and prioritized my job.
