Phillip was very personal as well as very professional. We are really happy (still happy) with his job. Not only he listened to our needs very carefully and passionately, but also did he show it by his action. One of the best qualities Phillip has is his negotiation skills. He knows both sellers and buyers, and he negotiates so well that both seller and buyer feel it win-win situation. Phillip is always right on everything. He is always well prepared and does everything for us including handling all scheduling with inspectors and contractors. Our first home buying experience was really stress-free because we had Phillip by our side. Even after we bought our house he has kept in touch with us and kept us informed if anything related us as a home buyer. We cannot thank him enough! You don't regret a bit using Phillip's real state service.
Description of Work: Phillip represented us as our buyer's agent. He took us private home tours as long as we want, spent extra time when we needed, negotiated home price and other inspection issues competitively, referred us a very good mortgage broker, and we got our first home!
