+ -1 moreFounder's Choice is not standing behind this CHIPPING quartz countertop and neither is the supplier, Pental. They have offers to shave/taper the edge BUT this would be at my cost. Owner, Mr. Peter Pental is defensive, uncooperative, unprofessional and unhelpful. We ultimately had the chips repaired but it will only be time before they chip again. BUYERS beware, there are SO many countertop options out there, do not be fooled by these jokers AND do your homework. Be sure your salesperson explains the advantages of a rounded edge.

+ -1 moreWe have literally been camping out at Pental over the last 3 weeks. We met both owners Peter and Ravi Pental during our visit and both of them as well as the rest of the staff have been very courteous in helping us make a decision. Mr. Ravi Pental also went the extra mile trying to help us chose the background tile and explained to us the nitty gritties involved in the cost of the granite. We visited a few other granite stores in the area including MSI and OTM, but Pental has the largest selection as well as the best looking granites for the same variety. Thanks Pental, you definitely helped make our kitchen better

+ -1 moreIt went very well. We visited around 5-6 times to finally choose our favorite slab. The owner met us twice and was very helpful and courteous. He gave us a lot of tips and spent hours with us helping us choose.

Description of Work: Went to Pental to shop for tile, specifically pebble tiles for backsplash. The young lady who initially helped us left and the next thing we knew she was walking out the door. She said she was leaving for the day and pointed to another young lady and said she could help us. We then had to walk up to the other young lady and ask for help again. She got us one set of tile and then walked away. It was our second trip there and both times we could not find someone to wait on us or help us with tile selection. We did not purchase any tile from Pental. I guessed on a date of when we went into the show room to shop for tile...there was no work performed.

The entire group is great. Everything went so smoothly, from the sales to the installation. We are very pleased.
