Extremely unhelpful and rude! Per my structural engineer’s advice I called to get someone to come out and take a look at our project. They guy blew me off and said they wouldn’t want to get involved and they were too busy any ways!

For some reason it was kind of tough to find an engineering company to take on this work. PanGeo was recommended by one of their competitors who presumably didn't want my smallish (for them, not for me) report. PanGeo was very responsive. We quickly discussed what was needed on the phone and then carried on a very professional exchange via email and phone to work out the details and logistics. Their geologist who visited my property was very professional and taught me a lot about what was going on. Just this morning I received the report and indeed it's of a quality and depth that not only should SDCI feel comfortable, I do too. It's all top notch work and I recommend them very highly.
Description of Work: I needed a Geo Tech report for a new deck construction. My property is in a liquefaction zone; the SDCI requires this report as part of my construction permit application.
