Paneless Window and Gutter Cleaning LLC

Original appointment was for arrival between 8:00 a.m. and 8:30 a.m.. John called and asked if it was alright to move the appointment to around 10:00 a.m., which was not a problem. He call again to inquire if it would be an issue if he arrived in the early afternoon as he had another job that was closer to where he was. Again, this was not problem. John wound up arriving at around ten because he could not reach the other homeowner to trade appointment times. He did call to let us know and to check with us. None of this was an issue as it was all outside work that did not even require us to be home. John was couteous and appeared most efficient. He cleaned off all of the debris from the roof and applied a chemical to inhibit moss growth. I did find a larger branch on the ground that I had to dispose of. Also, found one of the filter screens from the gutter downspout lying on the ground. I went ahead and replaced it myself (fortunately could access this with a short ladder). I will have the next person to work on our roof check the back downspount to ensure that the screen there is still where it should be (this one is up three stories). We received the 10% winter special discount on labor. Overall, pleases with the service aside from the glitches mentioned earlier. We have used the company several times previously with no complaints.

Great company with excellent communication. Very straight forward on what services would be offered and those were delivered just as promised and expected. Couldn't be happier. I have a 3-story townhome so not everyone can do gutters and roof cleaning -- no problem for Paneless. Thanks guys!

It was great! Everything went well. They did add some caulking to some of the gutters that had some issues. They were able to repair some leaks. They cleaned off moss from part of the roof as well. Overall, they were great and very friendly.

I spend a lot of my day on the phone, so I decided to contact Paneless Window via their web site. Very quick response via email including an estimate, and we setup an appointment. Unfortunatly, the day we scheduled for started out very cold and the roof was frozen. They quickly rescheduled my appointment and the second time worked out. They did a great job blowing off the roof, and getting the gutters very clean (I can see into the 1st story gutters from the 2nd story windows). Cleanup around the house was great. I contacted Paneless when my previous roof guy went silent. Paneless was a bit more expensive than my previous guy, but less than the estimate I received from another highly rated roof/gutter service on Angie's List. With Paneless' prompt service, I will be using them in the future.

Tech was a courteous young man who showed up right on time. He made sure he was going to do want we expected of him and went about his business, including an extra clean up of our driveway with his blower. All the work was quality work done In a professional manner and friendly, personal service. We would not hesitate to use this company again. Can't wait until spring to have them clean windows. Also price was less than quoted.

Good estimate and services for roof/gutter cleaning. Failed to show up twice to complete window cleaning component; but when did show, completed work for less than estimated cost.

All-in-all they did a great job. They showed up on time - a rarity today. The windows and skylights were spotless, the roof was clean and they cleaned up after themselves. The story could end there and I'd be perfectly happy, but it's what happened afterwards that really put them on my list of nice little boys and girls. They missed some of the windows - that's not their fault. It was a miscommunication on my part. When the workers were here I said we were cleaning from point A to point B, but not the bedroom windows. I meant that we were not cleaning the INSIDES of the windows (my wife would kill me if I let anyone see the bedroom ;-) but the worker understandably thought I meant to skip the outsides as well. One phone call & he showed up the next day to finished the missed ones. He was obviously putting in some late hours at no charge and with a great attitude. Then ... and this is absolutely astonishing ... my check was returned along with a revised invoice. They LOWERED the total because they had originally neglected the Angie's List coupon. They could have kept that extra amount I would have never noticed. Honesty counts a great deal in my book. Oh, and they get bonus points for the punful name.

I am scared of heights and kept putting off cleaning the gutters. When I saw little plants growing in the gutters, I knew it was time to call for backup. Gabe was great. He was able to do the job while I was at work. I came home at lunch time to let my dogs out and he went over what he had done on the roof with me. He was working in the back yard and let me know right when I came home that the gate was open so that my pups wouldn't run away. I went back to work and when I returned that evening I was amazed. The gutters were no longer in danger of turning into a forest. Also, he had cleaned off my front porch, deck, and the sidewalk behind my house. I'm sure some of the gutter contents had fallen there, but there were also a lot of leaves there due to the rain and wind we've had lately. I was thrilled with the work that was done! Also, I have to say that I've been very happy working with Vivienne, who gave me the e-mail estimates and booked the appointment over the phone for me. Very friendly and professional.

All the A reviews of Paneless Window were true! Patrick was punctual professional, quick and efficient. Finally, after years and years of unreliable window washing outfits, I have one I will be using again and again.
