The guy did a pretty good job. He didn't do the best job. It was an okay job and could have been better. He was on time.

It was an appointment to get an estimate.

We have been using Paneless for a number of years now for roof/gutter and window cleaning. It has been a pleasure doing business with them and it is wonderful to see a company that has been able to provide consistent value over the long term. Our most recent use of their services was for roof and gutter cleaning. Joe, the technician, arrived promptly at the appointed time. He was professional, friendly, and quickly finished the job and indicated to us that we did not need the moss treatment at this time. He was meticulous and cleaned up the debris from the roof that fell around our home, including taking the blower to our driveway. Have to give a shout-out to Vivienne. She is the person who is the "face" of the company when you call for information or an appointment. She has been nothing but helpful in scheduling the work and following up on any issues when they occur. We can't say enough about how much she adds to the overall positive experience.

Paneless Window Cleaning came out about a week after I had called to look at the house and give an estimate. The estimate was for 3 hours work plus the cost of the moss treatment. The estimate of $320 was less than two other companies who had quoted us over the phone. We scheduled the work for the following week and were given a window of 11:00 to 1:00 when the technicians would show up. Gabe and Dennis showed up promptly at 11:00. They were both courteous and professional and finished everything in less than 2 hours. The bill -- $222 was less than the original estimate. When they left, there was still some moss present, but within a few weeks that had disappeared. This was the first time we've had this roof cleaned since installed 5 years ago and it looks like new. Definitely won't wait as long in the future and we now kno who we will call.

Technician arrived as promised, he was very professional, and worked quickly. After cleaning gutters and roof he approached me saying that he has noticed a small amounts of moss and proposed moss treatment for the reasonable price. I agreed and after a some time I've got an invoice... I was highly and pleasantly surprised by the number: even after adding the moss treatment it was below the lowest estimate. Summary: I'm pleased with all parts of the process, with the quality, and with the pricing.

Shawn and his worker arrived on time and did a decent job. I had to point out a few spots that they had left behind and they were very responsive to redo them. After they left I noticed a spot about 2 feet round that had been missed on the inside of one of my big kitchen windows. I have washed enough windows in my time to understand that it is easy to do this depending on how the sun is hiting the window at the time. But it is dissapointing to have a professional miss such a big spot. The price was much higher than I had expected even though I had been quoted a per window price before hand. To do my main floor inside and out was $230.00. I have been paying $250.00 for both stories for years with my normal window guys who were too busy to come out on short notice. All in all they did a good job. I won't call them again mostly because of the price, however to be fair, I think that I am getting an old rate from my window guy and it is very possible that Painless Windows is charging the going rate.

I had tried another company before who had advertised a voucher, but when they got here and saw how steep the access was on one side, they jacked the price up by $100. I declined their service and called Paneless. I knew the owners of Paneless to be people of integrity, so I was sure they would do the job well at a reasonable price. When I talked to David Lucas, the owner, I explained that on one side of the house the access to the second story was narrow, but I could get permission from the neighbors to set the ladder up on the other side of the fence, for a safer slope. When the worker arrived he assessed the situation and said he was comfortable keeping the ladder on my side of the fence and going up the steeper angle. All went well. He did a great job and left no trace of debris . He also got the job done quickly and was very pleasant. I felt the price and work were excellent and will definitely have them do my gutter cleaning in the future.

It has been great. Their prices are reasonable, and they were right on time. They did the work in the allotted time. They did a good job and they were professional. This is the second time that I have used them. They were able to work around my schedule.

The experience was fine, the guy who came was very fast. He used a blower to clean up the gutters, and a little bit of the roof, and it blew stuff all over, and he just cleaned up a little, he didn't clean up all if it. I kept on finding bunches of leaves. They came fairly soon after I called them, and they were good.

We have called Paneless Windows multiple times to clean the windows at our home. They are courteous, responsible, friendly, efficient and thorough. Our windows look fantastic.

After prioritizing the 20 plus window that the coupon called for he went right to work. He re washed some at request.

I called a few companies about moss removal for our house and garage roofs and I appreciated that Paneless gave me a prompt response and sent a couple guys out to look at the project right away. (Other companies just gave me a ballpark figure over the phone or internet.) The two guys noticed that we had rain barrels attached to our gutters, so they recommended just manually sweeping and removing the moss and not treating it. I had planned on using the "organic" treatment, but the estimators told me it didn't work very well, and I really appreciated that honesty. Shaun came over to do the actual work on a very rainy day and did a good job considering the steepness of the roof and the downpour. There was a bit of moss in a few of my vegetable beds, but the plants were fine, and I think it was pretty unavoidable given their proximity to the garage. I would call them again, they were reasonably priced and pleasant to work with on every level.

I have been exceptionally satisfied with Paneless Window Cleaning in the past. However the fellow that came over this time left a great deal to be desired. He came into a condo that is filled with mirrors & windows and asked which ones I wanted cleaned and asked if I wanted the outside of the windows washed also. He didn't wash one set of windows because he said they were too difficult to reach. The last time Paneless came to wash my windows it seemed important to him to wash windows and mirrors in all rooms. This time the bedroom was not touched nor was I asked if I wanted the glass cleaned in there. There were also mirrors and glass doors in the bathroom that were not touched. I didn't ask him to clean much of the glass around the condo because he asked with each piece "Do you want me to clean this one too?" I will surely call on Paneless again. I just hope the same person doesn't come the next time.

They did a fine job. We have used them before and they do always good job.

The service was not quite as good as we expected. The service was simply average. A few windows did not come out too clean and ended up with streaks. I was disappointed in the way it came out.

Their service was okay. They promised they would clean the frames and when the people came in they said that service was extra. They also charged me extra for a chemical on the roof and I am not sure that they even used it. They also changed the time from 9 AM to 8 AM. A contractor showed up at 8 AM but did not have anything to show he was with the company. The employee from Paneless did not show up until 9 AM. I thought the work was just satisfactory.

No problems. Used sweeping and moss killer rather than pressure washing which is probably safer for alot of roofs and less mess. They were quite straightforward to point out that my roof will need treatment again in a year. They steered me to their less intensive and less expensive technique which was nice.

Our appointment was originally scheduled for a Thursday, unfortunately they ran long on their previous job and were unable to make it that day. We were having a party Saturday, so we wanted the windows cleaned prior to then ? we agreed upon a rescheduling for Friday. Unfortunately this meant that we were scheduled between jobs right before the weekend and the cleaner rushed through the job. We called back to express our disappointment and the owner responded the next morning to resolve the streaks and spots left on the windows and did a thorough job of re-washing them. A+ effort for resolving the issue. Also threw in a free skylight cleaning. Pros: excellent ownership of issues, responded quickly, used ladders and not just extension poles to clean the windows, fair pricing Cons: not done right the first time, did not hold originally scheduled appointment

Great! When I telephoned, Vivienne was able to schedule the gutter cleaning within the week. Brian came out, on time, talked to me about what he was going to do & how long it would take. He cleaned the gutters & cleaned up after himself, all within the time he estimated. At the end, he cheerfully reminded me that Paneless can come back sometime and wash our windows =) When we're ready to get them cleaned, we'll definitely give Paneless a call.
