Paneless Window and Gutter Cleaning LLC

Called Saturday and got an appointment for Monday. Andrew arrived at 8:30, right on time. Cleaned the gutters in around an hour and left no mess. Cost was less than the Angie's List coupon deals.

This is my 3rd or 4 th use of Paneless Windows because they are careful, thorough, good with communication and reasonable with pricing. Pleasant and hardworking on site, the results have been what was desired!

Gabe gave us an estimate and when we agreed on a date and time to start the job, he and his fellow worker (Dennis?) arrived on time, overcame various problems such as bushes being in the way of the ladders and did a great job.

Good, efficient and high quality service.

We had approximately 40 windows (exterior only) and a few screens cleaned. Easy scheduling, straightforward pricing, and effective work. One large window got missed, so we called and their cleaner was back first thing the next morning to clean it, no problem. That's the sign of a customer-service-oriented company. Will use again.

They di a great job cleaning the gutters and put up the downspout that fell off. They explained that I would need someone else to repair the gutter. Also told me about need to have a moss treatment done in the Spring.

Excellent service! I have hired them several times to clean my home's gutters and I'm always impressed by their great communication skills and reliable service.

The front desk professionalism was SO refreshing, These folks are easy to work with and I have rehired them for another rental property and my own home. I cannot attest to the quality of the job as I did not see the work, but my tenants were pleased. Once service is provided for my own home, I will update the review.

I was extremely pleased with Paneless Window Cleaning. It's the first time I've used them and I definitely plan to use them again.

Getting an estimate was easy and was done within four days of when I first contacted them. Joe arrived right on time and did a great job. I had the skylights cleaned because I thought there had been a seal break on one of the skylights. When Joe was done cleaning he confirmed that there was a seal break with the skylight in question and that one other skylight also had a seal break. He noted this on the invoice. This will help with working with the Crystalite who manufactured the skylights. Very happy with the job.

After filling out their web form to provide information regarding how many windows and screens we have, we were contacted the next business day with an estimate. Our original plan was to have them do the windows and wet-wash the screens, but we ended up having them clean the windows and gutters, while we took care of the screens ourselves. (Not that their estimate was too high for screen cleaning...it was actually very reasonable! We just could, so we did.) David (the owner) arrived a couple days later as scheduled, verified our window count and went right to work on the gutters. He removed all debris, wiped down the exteriors and hosed them out to ensure the downspouts were running clear. He only charged us for time spent (a little under an hour) and did an excellent job. He then tackled the windows inside and then out, which hadn't been professionally cleaned since before we moved in 12 years ago. Although we hadn't requested he clean the tracks, he did give them a noticeable wipe down which was nice. He also explained how he would have thoroughly cleaned them if he had been hired for that service, so now we can follow up as he suggested. All in all, David was here close to four hours, and the end results are fantastic. Our windows have never looked so good, and he did such a good cleanup that we never would have known he was here if the windows didn't give away his excellent work! We would definitely use Paneless again in the future!

The two man crew arrived on time, and one began working on the inside of the windows and one on the outside. We asked them to clean the windows and screens, which they did. All of the window panes now look spotless and we were quite happy with the work they did. The reason we are giving them a B rating rather than an A is primarily due to a lower degree of professionalism than we'd like. We initially called for a quote and the person who took our call had us measure all the windows we wanted cleaned and then gave us a quote of $175-$220, which we were under the impression included cleaning the window panes, screens, and window sills. The workers did not clean the sills and when they were done with the panes and screens, they initially quoted us $240 + tax for their work. After discussion, where the worker said that "they are not supposed to give quotes over the phone," we negotiated it down to $225 + tax, but we felt like we should not have needed to negotiate a predetermined price range. In short, the work they did was extremely good, although we felt that they did not do everything that we were expecting them to do, and the price change left us with a bad taste in our mouth.

The work was completed in a timely manner and thoroughly.

Arrived promptly. Did an excellent job. Very efficient and careful. Windows looks wonderful. Good value for the price. One story house with three basement windows, one sliding glass door and approx 12 windows. He even cleaned the little panes in the top of my front door.

We have used the services of Paneless Window and Gutter Cleaning 2-3 times annually since early 2011. Over that period, Paneless has consistently provided excellent service. When there was an issue (only once), they came back to fix it. John was the technician sent out for the recent service. He arrived on time, checked in with us, and immediately proceeded to the tasks at hand. We have a gutter on the east side running the length of the house and had previously had a screen installed to prevent leaves from clogging the drainage system that the gutters feed into. During each visit we have them check to ensure that this is in place. John said that his notes for the job included this concern. He reported back a short time later stating that the screen was missing. Fortunately, we had a small roll of screening that would work so he was good enough to fashion a "filter" and installed it. We were appreciative that John worked efficiently and was done relatively quickly, including the moss treatment. Overall a very good experience. We would like to add a shout-out to Vivienne, who takes our calls, schedules the service, and addresses any questions and issues. Since our first contact, she has always been been pleasant and helpful. Paneless is fortunate to have such an individual as the initial "face" of the company.

Paneless did a very good job, including some big picture windows on an upper floor that are impossible to reach without ladders or special tools. I would use them again, as they provided good value.

After submitting my window and pane count to Paneless Window Cleaning as instructed on their website, they called me the next day to schedule an appointment. We agreed to Oct. 13th between 8-10 am. Patrick arrived at exactly 8:00 am and began work. He did the inside windows first and then moved to the outside. He completed the entire job in under 2 hours (which included several windows on the second floor) and actually did a few windows that I didn't include ( exterior garage and inside the upstairs closets) in my count. He did a terrific job--the windows all look great. The cost of the service included the Angie's List discount and was for 28 windows--several of which are leaded inside--2 large picture windows and two doors. We're very satisfied and will use them again in the Spring.

Patrick did an excellent job of cleaning the dirty windows in my house. He was very tidy and the windows are now sparkling. There are no errant drips left on the sills, and he took great care to leave my home pristine. I appreciate this very much.

Shaun arrived on time and was very professional. He completed the work in a timely manner and was very careful around our garden area. Great service and great job cleaning the exterior windows!

The technician was professional, thorough, and informative. He came out about a week and a half before actual service to give an estimate. We scheduled the work for his next open time. The quote included $300 for moss removal, gentle roof cleaning, he cleaned the gutters, which were quite plugged, and treated the roof with moss protection $80. Everything was cleaned up beautifully afterward around the house. The windows were beautifully and quickly cleaned $95 for the amount of windows I had him clean. I am quite satisfied with the quality and professionalism. My only complaint is that I asked a few questions via email to the administrative assistant who set up the appointments, and these were never answered. Aside from that, the work was done beautifully well. I will definitely use them again.

This is the second time in six months I have had this company over to clean my roof and gutters. David - who is the owner of the company, is thorough. He cleaned my roof and checked and cleaned my gutters ( they have covers ) and cleaned the fascia and my skylight. He takes his time and I know that he cares about what he is doing. He cleans up after he is done with his work. You wouldn't know he was ever there other than seeing your clean roof!

We have used Paneless services for a couple of years now. This time we had the windows done inside and out. Scheduling the cleaning, punctuality, courtesy of their employees, complete and thorough cleaning, -- all as you would wish. Very professional.
