Everything was dirty and mossy before he started, and when he left, our house looked like new. He was quick, professional, and tidy.

They were able to squeeze me in the same week that I called, showed on time, were courteous and professional and did an excellent job. The original estimate was done via phone and they re-estimated when they arrived which was higher due to some miscommunications about window height and me adding skylights, but I felt this was acceptable.

The window cleaner arrived on time. Cleaned all windows on my tri-level house in 2 hours.

The price and everything about them was fine. They showed up on time and were professional. The quality of job was good.

Two workmen worked hard for 3 hours. They were terrific and as a bonus, let me know about work on the roof that will have to be addressed at a future date.

Arrived on time. John was not only professional, he was friendly, informative & worked quickly yet thoroughly. I have a two story home with limited access to the higher roof - yet he found a way that was safe for him as well as clear of any potential harm to my garden. I not only would hire Paneless Window Cleaning again - I have all ready asked that they put me on their calendar for a six-month follow up. Making sure that I keep my roof for as long as possible requires regular maintenance. Thankfully I've found Paneless.

Did an excellent job. Wore covers on his shoes while inside the house to prevent tracking in dirt. He also pointed out a problem with one of our recently installed windows where the glass was separating from the frame on the outside. We highly recommend this company, and would definitely hire them again in the future.

This is the third or fourth year we have used Paneless Window Cleaning. They are prompt, courteous, and do a great job.

Overall, this company did a very good job. They were responsive and did what they agreed to do in a timely manner.

I called this company but also kept e-mail contact with them during this project. I have encountered many contractors for many projects in the past. This company was very quick in responding to our needs. Melinda and David were very pleasant to work with. I was pleased with their excellent work. I always try to be open to advise from contractors. Though I may know my needs, I trust experienced contractors to advise me on specifics. This company was able to answer my questions and gave what I believe to be excellent advise. I do not believe that every company would be able to do the cleaning we needed. Our townhouses are average, which means they are three stories high, and we are very close to our neighbors to the South. But Paneless had no trouble accessing our roofs and getting the job done. Please note that the higher a building is, you may need to pay more. The price stated above was excellent. Also note that since this was four townhouses, each townhouse paid only 1/4 of the above bill.

Painless was quick to return my call for an estimate, and we were able to schedule a cleaning appointment for the upcoming Saturday, when I would be home so the interior of the windows could be washed. Painless sent two people out to work on the job. The workers were punctual, communicated well, and completed the work in about 4 hours. The work was detailed, meticulous, and thorough.

Paneless gave me an estimate over the phone of possibly $240.00 to clean the windows on my two story house, clean both skylights and two gutters that were too high for me to get to. Once there, John called me to see if I'd like the moss removed from the north side of my house. Of course I said YES, not realizing that they did that as well. I told him I had 3 pets and that I didn't want harsh chemicals. He did not have what he needed for that so he ran to the store to get a non-toxic moss remover. He and Andrew cleaned the windows, gutters roof and downspouts for a total of $475.00. The windows look great and the roof is now moss free. Thanks guys.

Provided an accurate estimate by actually coming out to the house and scoping the job. Estimate was comparable to an estimate received over the phone without the visit. Workers were on time and very courteous. They did a beautiful job. The only negative is that we had stains on our driveway that wouldn't come out. The person doing the power washing said that he would return with a special cleanser, but he never did.

Paneless saves the day! I had called a week prior to schedule service--I was having a brunch and I wanted my windows cleaned before the party. They were not sure they could fit me in, but they did. However, on the day my service was scheduled, they called to say the cleaners' prior appointment was going to take much longer than anticipated, could I reschedule? I said, yes, if you can do it in the next 2 days! They originally could only fit in the cleaning just before my brunch, early on a Saturday morning. However, they worked some kind of miracle and came the day before the brunch. The owner was among those working on my house. He had called several times to try to reach me but I was not home, so he industriously decided to get started on the outside windows and tackle the inside windows once I got home. I could not be happier with the care they took, especially in preventing an area from getting wet that I was particularly concerned about. I really appreciated their going the extra mile to fulfill their commitment to get my windows sparkling clean before my event.

Called the company to get an estimate, which they were able to do over the telephone. I told them how many window panes we wanted cleaned and they gave us an estimate with a $50 range between high and low. They were able to schedule us within three days. The cleaner showed up at the time we were given when scheduling, did a thorough job, and charged us right in the mid-range of the estimate. We will use Paneless Window Cleaners again.

They had really good communication and followed through with their work. They showed up on time did really good work. They got the work done very quickly.

Great work and attention to detail. The windows looked great, they did a very nice job of cleaning moss off the roof AND cleaned the mess out of the gutters without dropping anything on the lawn or flowerbeds below. Vastly appreciated!

Overall they were very flexible. I called them and they were here the next day. They were just fine and we didn't have any problems at all. I have use used them twice.

Other than some miscommunication of the office not getting the scope of work correct, it went great. Clay was great, very professional, and did an efficient, very good job. It took longer than expected but I feel that the price was very good.

My roof had a lot of debris on it ever since a windstorm some time ago. Brian came on time, cleared off the roof and gutters and put all of the debris in the yard waste barrel. He also blew off the driveway and areas that he hadn't even dirtied. He did miss a few hard-to-see places where debris fell.

Melinda was very courteous and responsive on the phone and schedule the job right away. They called to reschedule and Patrick arrived within the time frame we agreed upon. He gave me a quote and then started the work right away and finished within about 2 hours, 30 minutes. He was friendly and courteous and, most important, he cleaned all the windows very well.

Difficult start, but great overall. My technician was having a bad mechanical day (truck trouble, pressure washer trouble) and was late, then couldn't do the work. He rescheduled, showed up on time, and did an awesome job. I could not be happier.

Excellent. Clay did a great job. Our windows are sparkling. This is the second year we have gone with Paneless Window Cleaning and they just can't be beat.

They quoted me an hourly hourly rate, 2 guys came out to do the work so I was charged twice the hourly rate. The total cost did come out to be about what was originally. I just thought that I should have been made aware of this beforehand.

David was in the neighborhood and stopped by to do a quick estimate a couple of days after I called. Both he and Melinda were friendly and easily accessible by phone. The cleaner showed up promptly at 8am to get started, did a great job and cleaned up after himself.
