They were fantastic. They were fast, they were efficient, and they did a great job.

They were quick and on time. There were no problems. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. I've used them before. They've cleaned the inside and outside of the windows numerous times.

They have been very good. They are flexible with the scheduling. They respond very quickly and do a great job. We have a lot of big windows. They do the inside work as well. They are very careful when they are inside the home in terms of making sure not to damage things. They put back things the way it was when they leave. They even wear little booties on their shoes when they come in.

They were friendly & accomodating on the phone. Workers arrived on time. Were polite & professional - attentive to being clean inside & outside the home. We have a 50's rambler with a daylight basement - lots of windows. They cleaned all the windows outside & inside. Excellent work & very thorough. Cleaned the gutters & downspouts. Cleaned up after themselves & worked through until the job was done. I will use them again this year!

There were no problems and they did a fine job. There was a little moss left but they warned me that it would probably take two sessions to completely clean it up.

Excellent work! The office staff person was friendly and efficient when I called on Wednesday afternoon and scheduled a visit to my 85 year-old two-story Queen Anne home on Friday morning. The two-man crew arrived on time and offered a very reasonable bid for the project. They went to work immediately and did a fantastic job, giving special attention to a badly-clogged downspout on the southeast corner that was ignored by another contractor last year. When the work was completed, the crew did a thorough clean-up job leaving the area spotless. I was so pleased with the integrity of this small business and the high quality of their workmanship that I'm having them back soon to clean the windows and apply moss treatment to the composition roof.

They did it again! Excellent and prompt service! We had a fair amount of moss on roof of our garage. They came out within a few days after I phoned. Technician spread "pet-friendly" moss retardant on the garage roof, cleaned out the gutters and checked the roof of the house for moss.

We've used Paneless a bunch of times now, and they always do a great job and are reasonable on price. We've had John do the work a few times, and he is very good. They are always on time, efficient and do a quality job. John did not do the moss control treatment on the roof because it started raining and he said it would just wash away. He said he'd come back when the weather is dry. John also saw that the gutters were pulling away from the house and spent some time nailing them back in, and he cleaned up the leaves around the house, neither for any additional fee. Paneless consistently provides quality service and goes above the call of duty to make the customer (us!) happy.

The project went great. It was pouring rain that day but we really needed to have the windows done. Brian showed up exactly on time, surveyed the project to give us a firm price, and then set to work. Only a few of the windows did not require the use of a ladder. He completed the work effectively and efficiently -- under an hour! We've truly enjoyed having expertly clean windows, and we'll be looking to them next Spring as well.

It went fine. I liked how he advised me not to clean certain screens because they wouldn't have held up in the cleaning and most of them didn't need cleaning. They were very fast which is a nice thing.

I chose Paneless since they were local and I wanted someone who would take a small job (one hour's worth of work). I was not home when they did the job. They came and did the work at the time they said they would, cleaned up afterwards and used up the full hour by cleaning a section of gutter I had told them not to bother with since I could access it myself.

phoned company - they were very nice on the phone and they fit me in as soon as they could since i needed a saturday morning. gentleman arrived on time, got right to work, did a very nice job...no messes; did inside windows and then cleaned all gutters and then outside windows. windows looked sparkling. very professional, minimal chatting, agreed to add in the multiple panes on the front door and garage for a modest increase in the agreed upon price. they also cleaned the screens...offered removing all and washing but i opted for just wiping them...and they came out very good. would definitely use this company again.

It went very well. The team spent time with me before starting the job explaining how they planned to address our moss issue in the most efficient and cost effective manner. Then, they set to work, cleaned up all of the debris and left our windows sparkling. This job was the second time that we used them. The first time we just used them for window cleaning. We are so happy that we went back to them again...and additional services.

They arrived on time, went over the specific work to be done and explained what they would be doing step by step. They took care to work around the skylights on the roof with the lower pressure blower. There was tons of needles on the roof and they got it completely clean. They removed all the mold under the eaves and other areas of the siding. My windows absolutely sparkle! They took care with everything they did, cleaned up the debris and did an A+ job overall.

Even our cat liked him. Usually I have to dig the danged critter out from under the bed after something as simple as the door bell ringing.
