Paneless Window and Gutter Cleaning LLC

I was always happy with them until this last time. I had my house painted this summer and I had them come do the windows after the painting was done. I paid extra for them to get all the saw dust from the sanding. They did not do a good job on the extra. I had to clean some of them myself after they left. They did okay on the windows but they did not get all the saw dust. I trust them but I was disappointed. They do charge a pretty good price, considering they clean the windows inside and out. But I don't feel I got the extra I paid for this past time.

They did a great job on the windows, which we can now see through again! They showed up a little late but called to let us know. They gave us a lot of good tips about which windows have failing seals on them and why they are getting a lot of condensation. The price came out at the bottom end of their estimate, and then we also got a little off with our Angie's List coupon. We would definitely use them again to clean our windows!

The workers arrived on time, reviewed the job to be done & gave me some reccomendations re: the roof moss. They told me how they would go about the job, how the cost is determined & got right to work. They were extremely thorough & meticulous with the windows & worked efficiently. Both guys had a personable, professional and friendly manner & were easy to have in my home. They were very tidy & cleaned as they went. Our roof is getting old & they spent time with us following the work doing a walk-through & showing where the roof is worn & describing in detail potential problems. I'm so impressed with the quality of work & the help they gave us understanding the condition of our roof, as well as putting our minds at ease that we could make it through the winter without problems. Great team!!

After I had given my report I noticed a cigarette butt in the driveway and because he was smoking before he came in it was pretty obvious that it was him. Then the sun came out and I could see marks from the squeegee on the windows-so that changed my opinion real quick. It interesting that you are mystified which is basically saying that I do not know what I am talking about. I have one of your rubber jar openers with your name on it and I know how I got it. In response to your comment about calling to have you come back, no thanks. And in response to the smoking, just say that you think I am a liar, you had a worker here that smoked, I watched him and then he threw down the butt down. Not all reports are stellar, sorry, but that is why I chose your company from the reviews but it did not work for me.

Great work! Punctual. Professional. And the windows looked as nice as the day we bought the house. He did warn us that he's have to charge a little extra since the windows were pretty dirty, but it was totally worth it. We'll have them over again around the same time next year.

They are always good and I am satisfied with their services overall.

The bid process went very smoothly and the estimate was just what was expected. The window cleaners showed up on a Thursday to start the work. They were only supposed to do the outside of the windows, but the worker got his information mixed up and spent all day Thursday cleaning the inside of the windows, which I had not agreed to pay for. The manager contacted me and let me know what had happened and agreed that it was their responsibility so no issues with costs. The housecleaning crew (a different contractor) was not able to reach the inside of a high cathedral window in the house so we agreed on an additional $50 to do that work as it required an extension ladder and manuevering through a stairwell and narrow halls to reach. Overall I am pleased with the results and the windows are certainly very clean, which makes a huge difference in the house.

The quality of the work was excellent and took even less time than estimated. So, the cost was less than estimated - a pleasant surprise. The employees arrived on time, did a great job, and left everything very clean and tidy - such as blowing the debris off our deck, walkways, etc. As their equipment for power washing was much better than we would have rented, they were able to get everything much cleaner and in much less time than it would have taken us. (It hadn't been done in several years and took them less than 3 hours.) They provided information about testing the downspout flow, which was very helpful.

Work was done on time and within budget. Even did skylights and cleaned off roof while they were up there.

Crew was prompt and price was reasonable.

Excellent service and would highly recommend. Received estimate and work was scheduled to be completed within the next week. After the work was started on the roof it was clear that the job was underestimated. The owner came out to review and committed to do the work but still stay within the original $ estimate. I was very impressed with the owner's approach to customer service. I paid them extra because of the great job they did and their incredible professionalism.

scheduler very responsive with emails and phone calls. adjusted quote upwards once here. discussed leaded windows with scheduler, but once worker on site, he determined they were an even higher cost than quoted. kind of difficult to cancel and restart selection process since they needed to be done that day. rain made it impossible to clean and treat roof, which was very understandable. windows look great. i appreciated the call to let me know they were tied up in traffic. UPDATE: later in the month, when the sun was shining and I was cleaning, I noticed small water spots on the flooring in several places near a few windows. In addition there were a couple of leaded windows that weren't completely spotless. I did not contact the venodr, but cleaned myself. When they asked about roofing work several months later I asked to be taken off the mailing list.

We've used them the last couple of years. They do a thorough kind of everything job. They are really good and we love them. They even send reminder cards so they don't bug you with phone calls. I just haven't gotten them rescheduled but we will use them again. We didn't get any other estimates. We think the price is good for all that they do. We can't say enough good things about them. They are just great and we can't say anything bad about them.

It went well. I got an extimate one week. and had the service performed the next. The men worked quickly, were polite and gave me valuable information about my crumbling chimney (which was consistent with other information I had and the age of the house) and showed me disintegrating downspout filters. He discussed the cost of putting in new filters (cheap). He drove to a nearby Home Depot, bought new filters and replaced the old ones. It was all finished in about 2 hours.

They were punctual and efficient. The quote given in email was matched when an actual quote was given before starting. He cleaned all windows and a skylight for our 3 story townhouse. The results are AMAZING!! screens were $3 each and he took them outside and washed them. It took about 1 hour 45 minutes. I will totally use them again. My windows look brand new.

I called asking them to clean my roof and apply a moss killer. They were pleasant to deal with on the phone (did the work while I was not home) and returned for another application when the first one wasn't very effective.

I requested an estimate via email on a Friday and they replied within a few hours with a request for more details. I answered, and then received an estimate from David over the weekend with a price range, sight-unseen, one ($50 range) for windows and one ($50 range) for the patio. David said they would give a firm price when they arrived. I asked them to call me to make an appointment and they called on Monday. After some phone tag I reached them on Tuesday and made an appt for Friday to have the work done. I was not home when the service was performed but my husband reports everything was fine. They informed us that the actual price for windows would be higher than the estimate (husband does not remember the reason, may have been due to the number of second-story windows or something else). Top of the original window estimate range had been $187.50, it wound up being about $90 more than that. The patio estimate range had been $100-150; that work wound up costing $100. Screen cleaning estimate remained the same. One window they were not able to fully clean, but explained the reason was that the seal on it was broken and the dirt had gotten in between the panes. The windows had been quite dirty after several years of not being cleaned, so the difference after being cleaned was huge. The quality of the work appeared very good, with one minor caveat being that I noticed the tiny windows in our front door remained streaky when I looked through them last night. The back patio looks great; all the moss is gone and the color of the bricks is much more vibrant now. The only minor miss with the patio work was that they did not replace the door mat to its original location after moving it to clean. Not a big deal. Overall I was quite pleased with the service, particularly their responsiveness. We had received a different, somewhat lower estimate for the windows but the difference in tone between the two companies was significant. I got a much better vibe and impression of competency from Paneless staff. Of course, I wish the original estimate had been closer to the firm price, but considering that it was sight-unseen based on my inexperienced assessment of our windows, it seemed like a reasonable adjustment. I was not put off by the change especially since I knew ahead of time that there might be a difference. So good for Paneless for setting that expectation.

I use them annually and am absolutely thrilled with every aspect of their service. They really go the extra mile.

From start to finish, it was very good. They sent someone out right away to give an estimate. He was very friendly and professional and I was very pleased with him.

This is the forth year in a row that I have used their services. Normally I just have my windows cleaned inside and out, but this year I also had my gutters cleaned and my deck and walkway pressure washed. My windows always come out spotless. They got the dirt and debris off of my deck and walkway without incident. I was pleasantly surprised to see that before they cleaned my gutters, they took a leave blower and blew all the tree debris (seeds, needles and small limbs) off of my roof first. I have always been pleased with the end results of their services. They are fast but throrough, and I will continue to hire them.

I couldn't be more pleased with everything connected with this company. From the quick response to my Angie's list email, to scheduling, to the actual job - everything went flawlessly and as promised. I swear my windows are cleaner now than they were when we installed them. Dave and Melissa certainly lived up to - and even exceeded - the great reputation they already had on Angie's List. I will be using them exclusively going forward.

Overal an excellent experience from start to finish. Called and made appointment for the following week with a 2-hour arrivial window because our own schedule didn't allow for a next day appointment which we were offered. Based on the number of sliding patio doors and,windows, the operator estimated the cost would be between $85.00 and $135.00. Over the phone, she projected a well organized and efficient window cleaning operation which was confirmed by the team who came to our home to do the actual work. We received a call from their office the following day asking if they could move the 2-hour window to 2 hours later in the day. It wasn't a problem for us to move the appointment by 2 hours. The two person team arrived within the appointment time window. They asked to look at the windows to be cleaned so they could give us a firm price for the job before they started. They noticed that we had skylights and asked if we'd also like to have the skylights cleaned on the outside or inside or both. We said we'd like to know the cost first. They told us $20.00 each for inside and out or $10.00 for doing just one side. They went outside to their van to calculate a total bill for the job with and without the skylights.They presented us with a written bill for our records that we could either pay by check or call our credit card number into the office after they had finished the job. The cost to clean all our patio doors and windows inside and out was $70.00. The cost to get up on the roof and clean the skylights was an additional $100.00. We approved proceeding with the entire package. One of the team worked on the outside while the other worked on the inside. The inside person was extremely careful not to get the window cleaning solution on anything but the windows. He would carefully lay out a long absorbent towel across the bottom window sill to catch any drips. They were extremely efficient and did an outstanding job of cleaning the windows and skylights in a little more than an hour. We remarked that the windows were so clean that the glass seemed to disappear.

It was reasonably priced and they did a great job.
