Paneless Window and Gutter Cleaning LLC

We used Angie's list to choose a highly rated company. From the initial phone call, they were responsive, helpful and gave the cost right away and alerted us on what to expect. We had let the moss accumulate on our roof for a couple years and procrastinated on cleaning our gutters. We also had leaking at all corners and one corner was split open. I explained all our concerns and we were assured they would do a good job and tell us about anything else that needed to be done. Two workers arrived on time for the scheduled appointment. They worked steadily and quickly, informing us as they went along of anything we needed to know. We had a lot of questions and they were answered promptly and thoroughly. They were respective and polite.The debris removed from our gutters filled large plastic bags and they were nearly too heavy to move. They explained that not cleaning the gutters could cause them to pull away and break. They sealed the corner leaks and did a minor repair to the split corner, explaining that it might require further repairs and to watch it. They applied a zinc treatment to control the moss and we discussed the necessity to trim trees that hang over the roof. They also suggested maintenance and calling them again soon for followup. They forgot to apply the Angie's List discount but that was quickly handled by phone when I called for instructions about how to mail them a check. Payment was not required on completion of the job but was optional. We are very pleased and would certainly hire them again. They also gave us some valuable information about gutter inserts because we said we were considering that. Also, very important, they explained why they hand swept the moss off of the roof instead of pressure-washing which can easily damage the composition. I was glad about that because I have been very hesitant about that kind of cleaning and potential for damage. In summary: They cleaned the roof, removed moss, applied zinc moss treatment, sealed gutter corners, cleaned the gutters and repaired one gutter corner that had split open.

David responded to email very quickly when I asked for a quote. The price was reasonable (cheaper than other companies) and based on other Angies List reviews I decided to try them. He mentioned that they also do minor repairs which was another reason I chose them. Luckily they had someone available on my day off; I wanted to be at home to show them what needed to be fixed. Alex showed up at the scheduled time and was very pleasant to talk to. He was very professional, cleaned up after himself and fixed the problem. I am very happy with his work and I definitely plan on calling them again next year!

These guys were easy to contact and got back to me right away. They could do the work soon, came on time, and were professional and yet personable. Brian cleaned the windows, and they absolutely sparkle! I'm REALLY picky, and the job could not have been done better...also couldn't have been done with less effort on my part!

Contact Paneless Window Cleaning to clean gutters and apply moss control on Tuesday. They were scheduled to come out on Friday. They clean the gutters and the roof, including the roof over the deck area that has a flat roof and collects leaves. Then apply the moss control to the roof. Cleanup looks good. All the leaves were able to be put in yard waste bin.

Overall, the experience turned out very well. Their price was reasonable. They go above and beyond. We’ve used their services a few times and they do a good job.

The experience has been great. Vivienne, the person who handles the phone and bookkeeping, is very pleasant to deal with. Once, she ran my credit card on error and she sent me a card explaining what had happened, so I felt like the service was very personable. I’m extremely satisfied with their services, and I’ll call them again next year.

From the employees I talked to on the phone, to the technician that came out to do the work, the experience was wonderful. The technician actually stood out with me in the yard to help me take pictures to show the insurance company that the work was actually completed. I’m very happy with their services.

It went very well. He was very honest about the possibility of the painting contractors not being satisfied and wanting to pressure wash again even if he had already done it. He also did not want to break up the front and back windows in two trips as that would cause an additional trip charge. He really tried to make it all make sense so we would not end up doing something twice or ruining something that had already been cleaned

They were quick to give me an estimate over the phone and schedule project within a few days. Joe did a great job. The windows have never looked so good. The concrete almost looked like newly poured concrete in some areas. It brightened everthing up before we listed the house for sale and have received lots of positive feedback from neighbors on how nice it looks after the work. Unfortunately the project did not get finished in one day as it became too dark to see how well the pressure washing was going. Joe came back and finished it. When I commented that one section did not get pressured washed Joe came right back and fixed it. It did end up costing more than the original estimate but that was because I gave them the window pane count and my count was by window, not each pane, so it might have been better to make the time for them to come see the job and give a more accurate estimate, but I was still pleased with the outcome and felt it was worth the money.

Very well. Except for a gasoline-driven blower, he used hand tools. No pressure washing. He did the top roof and gutter cleaning first, then the same for a smaller roof on the west side of the house. I only saw him apply moss power on the lower roof. Next, Alex gutter-faced cleaned bot the top and lower gutters. Lastly, he cleaned up the porch, walkway, and driveway and unexpectedly my yard debris.

The appointment was for 11:00 and about 10:30, Joe from Paneless Window Cleaning called to say he was running a little late. He was only about 15 minutes late, but I really apprecated him calling ahead. When he arrived, we walked through the house and discussed specifics about the skylights and certain windows. He had information from when we made the appointment and was familiar with what we were expecting him to do. He worked so quietly and efficiently that I hardly knew he was there. There was no mess anywhere or any problem with furniture or anything near any of the windows. When he was finished he walked me through a couple of items that he thought should be brought to my attention. We are very pleased with the quality of work he performed and would definitely use this company - and specifically Joe - again.

Always an excellent job..... and one of the guys spotted a broken seal on one of my windows so we could get it replaced. This is the fourth time I've used this company & the work is always high quality. They do a thorough job, are professional & always come on time. They clean up after cleaning the gutters & leave our home & yard clean & debris free. The windows are clean, gutters cleaned out & they work efficiently to get the job done in a reasonable amount of time. It is always easy to make appts. & they are very clear about how they work & what to expect from the job.

It was a very good experience. There was very good communication. We just had the building painted so there was overspray from the paint sprayer on the windows that had to be scraped off, which they charged us extra for. We felt we were charged a reasonable and competitive rate. We were very happy with their service.

I think they did a very good job. I was out of town when they performed the work, and they were really good about following up with me to make sure I was satisfied with everything.

I called Paneless and got a quote over the phone (having used their window counting guide on their website). They gave me a range that sounded totally fair. I made the appointment. When the window cleaner showed up, he was very professional. Since he was just cleaning the exterior, he didn't need in the house, so after saying hello, he just got to work. A few hours later, my windows sparkled! The final amount came out to around the high end of the estimate, which I had guessed that it would, since it'd been a while since my last window cleaning and my house is really tall. Very happy and I will use Paneless again next year.

I called this company because they've been cleaning family members' windows for several years. I declined the offer of a visit to estimatethe cost of the work and received an appointment for cleaning within a week. When the tech arrived he conducted a walk-through, discussed the options with me, and gave me an estimate, which I accepted. The work was done exactly as discussed and the windows look great. I have an older home with original windows and old storm windows/screens - he managed all of them just fine and explained how they fit in, what often breaks, and where to have repairs made or get replacements.

On 6/20/2011, I selected Paneless Window Cleaning based on other Angie's List reviews. The comments about punctuality, quality, and professionalism swayed me. They were my top pick for a bid. Vivienne replied to my Angie's List email within 3 hours to set an appointment for an estimate. They require the customer be home during a two hour window (a la the cable company) for the estimate. After a bit of back and forth, we settled on June 23rd. I waited for the two hours. They were a no-show. I received an email later saying they did not have my phone number, so their contractor could not call me to ask if he could come later that night to do the estimate. I emailed my phone number. We set a date of today (June 29) from 2-4pm. I asked that they have the contractor call me as soon as he had an idea when he would be at our house in hopes of narrowing down the wait time. The woman I spoke with on the phone said that she would have Joe call earlier in the day to narrow the time down for me. Joe did not do so. In fact, Joe did not call until 3:53pm this afternoon -- 7 minutes before the 4 o'clock deadline to get to my house -- to say he was overbooked and couldn't get here for at least another 3 HOURS!! So, I have sat around waiting for them for 4 hours on 2 separate days, had to put other tasks on hold, and been stood up twice. The second time, no one even bothered to call to give me a heads up so that I could go about my day and get other things done. I will review the bids from the other two companies who have submitted bids and select one of them. Working with Paneless has been a very unpleasan and unprofessional.

Awesome experience. Quick response to my online inquiry. Iwas able to get a rough estimate over the phone and schedule the service for the following week. Brian arrived on time and a did a walk through and provided an official estimate based on seeing everything. The work did come in on the high end of the original phone estimate, but to be fair the windows and gutters were really, really dirty. I've owned the house for about two years now and this is the first time I've had the gutters and windows cleaned so I wasn't surprised. Given the amount of work the pricing was certainly fair.

Showed up at the time agreed upon. Did a good job. Cleaned up work area. No problems.

During a big rainstorm one night, I discovered my gutters overflowing. A waterfall was bringing water down right by foundation of my home and there was risk of flooding on first floor which is a a few feet under grade. I had used Paneless before and frantically called them the next morning. They sent Gabe over immediately and he did all the work while I was at the office. He cleaned all gutters and downspouts. He performed minor repairs, he caulked around downspout and firmly attached them to the gutter. He left a bill at front door. Then the office called and reported what he did and accepted my credit card for payment. I've had the work on my house before and as usual they are so responsive and do a great job. They even haul off all the gutter debri, compared to other companies that leave it on the ground beneath the gutter. You won't be disappointed with the services of this company.

They did a nice job and were very professional. They followed up with emails and correspondence and made sure that I was happy. If I had any issues, they would meet my expectations and they would come out and rectify them immediately. They washed the windows from the inside and outside. I have some interesting textured glass that didn't come immaculately clean. Every window washer that I ever had in the past has struggled with the glass. It's not a big deal. It wasn't as nice as I was hoping but they offered to come right after the next day and do it again.

Excellent service. They came the day after I called and promptly did the work. Excellent price.

We originally hired Paneless Window Cleaning to clean our roof and gutters. I was so impressed at the level of work we got for the price. They clean the roof with a brush - good old elbow grease and, as I understand it, less damaging than power washers. The next time they came out, they did the roof, gutters and outside windows. Now 4 or 5 visits in, they do roof, gutter and windows, inside and out. And still at a terrific rate

I had always been happy with them until this last interaction. I had my house painted this summer so I had them come clean my windows after that was complete because of all the saw dust. I paid extra for them to get off all the saw dust from the sanding. I was disappointed with the extra. They did well on the windows but I had to clean some of the saw dust after they left. I am not sure if I will use them again. They have a good price, considering I have a lot of windows and they clean the windows inside and out. It was the extra I wasn't happy with.
