The person who did the cleaning called to confirm, called to let me know when he was on his way, when he had completed each job, and even called to let me know that while he was cleaning the inside windows, it rained, and he saw that one of my gutters was blocked and went outside to clean it out so it is no longer blocked. Very responsible, and above and beyond the call.The windows were sparkling clean when he finished. I highly recommend Paneless for window cleaning.

From the original call the experience was very professional, helpful, and pleasant. The gentlemen that came to the house were very easy to talk to, professional, and did an excellent job. I would recommend them to friends and use their services again.

They did a great job! I had good communication from the main office. They showed up on time and were very efficient. They didn’t put my screens back in for me, which I wish they would’ve done, but other than that everything went well.

I paid whatever the going rate was; I didn't use a coupon. I called around for prices and they were the most reasonable. It was a very positive experience. They were prompt in replying with an estimate. They were courteous, they came on time and they didn’t leave a mess behind. I would hire them again if I had the same problem.

Window washer arrived on time, was polite and clean, even though ladders had to be used almost all around the house ,plants suffered no damage .The price was about in the middle of other estimates, but went with Angies List recommendation, will call Paneless again in a few weeks

Based on the very high quote, I did call back and ask about any extras or misunderstanding on my or their part regarding the work request. There appeard to be none, so I did not use them to do the work.

I checked out window cleaning services on Angie's list. E-mailed Paneless Window Cleaners, and within an hour heard back from David Lucas. He offered to send someone out the very next day for an estimate. Patrick, the estimator, and cleaner, showed up on time, and I was sent an estimate two hours later with a breakout of interior costs, with screens, and exterior. I e-mailed them back to let them know I 'd like to go ahead and they responded quickly, and said they could come the next two days. Patrick arrived on time, and spent several hours working carefully through the house, inside and out. The windows had not been cleaned in many years, and he did an excellent job! Just wanted to say how impressed I was with their great work and service, professionalism, and work ethic. Thank-you. I'd highly recommend this company.

This is our second time we called Paneless for window and gutter cleaning. The second time was event better than the first!

They are fantastic! They’ve always been very dependable and punctual. Also, they’re very good about reporting any potential issues with our roofs and gutters. This is above and beyond the call of duty, and I really appreciate it. Their prices are definitely fair, and I’d certainly recommend them.

I was really pleased with Paneless. They were able to accommodate me quickly, which was great because I’m preparing for a move. Their crew arrived on time for our appointment, and I’m definitely happy with what they did. Also, I was really pleased with the final price.

They are a great firm. They quickly schedule someone to come out, gave an estimate, and did a superb and thorough job. We have a lot of old windows in our craftsman house, with the wooden diamonds throughout the glass. They cleaned every little pane up to each edge. We have used them twice and will use them again.

They did an excellent job. We received a courtesy call from the office a few days after the service to make sure we were satisfied with everything, and I appreciated their concern. They even asked if we’d like to receive a reminder for service in six months or a year. I thought this was a very nice gesture, and we will be working with them again.

Cleaning of windows and screens were done with punctual arrival and pleasant, professional service. Tall ladders were used for the upstairs windows on the second floor. All screens were "wet cleaned," and hadn't had attention for at least six years when I moved in. The results were outstanding. I wish I'd had it done many years ago. The original appointment was for one month ago in February, but I called to postpone since the weather was extremely cold and unpredictable. They also gave a 10% discount for Angie's List. I highly recommend this business and will use them again.

The services were excellent. I contacted Paneless Window Cleaning via email and was called back within a few minutes. I was given an appointment for an estimate for gutter clean out and was told that if we liked the estimate the person would be able to perform the service. The gentleman showed up on time and we were delighted with the price and services that he performed. He also sprinkled some moss killer (we had some) on the roof while he was up there. We will definetly use them again!! Great people, great price, great service!

Paneless showed up on time and ready to go. We hadn't had the windows cleaned in 10 years so it took a lot of work to get them clean. The results were amazing. Our big picture window to the back yard looked so clean we had the illusion of no glass between us and the yard. After 10 years of dirty windows, it was hard to get used to. It took about 1 1/2 hours to do the job. Very professional and courteous.
