I thought it was a little high but they came out on a Saturday and did the job in time.

I just hired them today (07/05/19). I will give a much better rating after the work is done. The estimator Brad did a great job and gave me an accurate and complete estimate.

I hired Pacific Exteriors for two major efforts at my house - replacing the gable ends of a 1950s brick house with Hardy Plank siding, and replacing the original wood soffits with new, clear cedar. Both jobs went very smoothly by the two-some that did the work. They were very conscientious, and always chose to do the work the right way instead of cutting corners. They cleaned up every evening before they left, and were very courteous when working. A different crew came in to seal the soffits and some minor painting, and they also did a very professional job.

These guys are the best! They are honest and reliable. Our house looks wonderful!

I had the fascia replaced on my house prior to a reroofing project. Looks great, will be hiring again for siding and soffits when the time comes.

The process started out bumpy, but David, the owner stepped up and demonstrated his commitment to customer satisfaction by smoothing out all the bumps. In the end, my house went from the ugliest house on the block to the best looking house on the block.

Very professional, informative sales call. Tried hard to interest me in other services, but accepted my limits. Work was fast, efficient, end product tight and looks great. Repair of damage discovered during demo and addition of previously non-existent insulation accommodated smoothly and very affordably. NATE, crew leader and contact, very helpful and responsive; promptly repaired an item of (entirely unavoidable) collateral damage. URI was the crew member who put in the longest hours, checked with me on a few points (is this ok? would you like me to do X here? etc), and left the site clean and neat (long after I would have collapsed for the day!). KRISTINA zipped contracts and invoices out and back so that everything flowed beautifully. Thanks to all!

They produced a competitive bid and didn't try to sell me more that I wanted. They accommodated my timing and respected the needs of the tenants during the project. The siding looks great. I was quite pleased with the job.

I’m looking forward to Pacific Exteriors replacing siding on one of the sides of our house and repainting the whole house. their bid process was by far the most thorough. Very professional and I’m impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. I’ll update my review after their work is completed mid-July.

After estimates from a few other companies, David came out himself and gave us a no-pressure estimate and was easy-going and very professional. He left us with detailed info and we called when we were ready. Steve handled the job from there, and went above and beyond to answer questions, communicate with the amazing crew (who were very thoughtful and friendly and sang as they worked. I wish I knew their names so I could thank them all individually here ). Steve followed up on each and every thing, and even handled something long after the job was complete. AND...our house looks amazing! My friend of 20 years passed our house when dropping something off it looks THAT much improved. A+ team. Could not be happier :)

We had received other estimates for our siding project & decided to wait until the following year to proceed. We were upfront with David when he arrived for the consultation. He was so thorough & professional that we decided to proceed with Pacific Exteriors. We are extremely happy with the job they did. Their attention to detail was awesome. Every day when they left, they even made sure the gate was replaced so our dogs couldn't escape. Jason, Uriah, Jose & the crew were fantastic. Kristina is great too! We would highly recommend Pacific Exteriors.

The quote for this project was very detailed and competitive. Our project manager, Jason met and exceeded our every request and expectation. Emanuel and his crew removed the old siding and wrap, inspected for any problems , and re-wrapped and sided our home in an efficient and timely manner. Alex completed the items on a punch list and did the painting and detail work to complete the project. The team was FAST and great! Good job taking down all of the old siding and installing the new siding in less than a week! I was surprised at how quickly this was done. Jason and his team were great! They rebuilt the rotted framing of my front windows without affecting (there was a risk) to my interior drywall. I can't even tell, other than the new siding that they went into the wall... Good work!

I was very impressed with all of the workers who were on this project. Jason McManamon was always available as project manager if I had questions or concerns answering any of those to my satisfaction, Armando and Rinaldo who installed the siding paid great attention to detail, worked nonstop with only lunch breaks every day, and were extremely nice to have working at my home. Alexandro who did the painting to finish up the project, was detailed oriented and did a very fine job working to make sure there was no 'overspray' of paint on the siding. I was very happy with the finished job.

We were very happy with Pacific Exteriors on our Hardie siding job. Dave the owner gave us the best price on the Color Plus siding and took care of the damaged sheathing without additional costs. The PM walked us thru the entire process and throughly discussed details such as turning off the EQ shutoff valve and notifying the alarm company of accidental alarms during tear down. The crew were very nice, helpful and skilled, working carefully with the finished product to not damage it. The dumpster and HB were removed quickly upon completion and the crew returned for some minor missing caulking after the PM walk thru. We were very satisfied with the work.

We were looking to refinance our house and before we did we wanted to perform a few household improvements and repairs to obtain the highest value for our house. We did our due diligence in finding who we thought was a qualified responsible contractor to perform the necessary repairs. We found Pacific exteriors online and read great reviews only to find others experiences where far from our own. The Contractor received a sign contract the end of July 2016 to complete approx. 400sf of siding replacement, repair and to provide paint and prep of the entire house. Per the contract work would commence in a reasonable amount of time. The Project manager stated the work would take 6 weeks or less. The contractor did not commence work until end of September where they performed the demo and siding repairs, select replacement and installed the gutters. In all taking them 5 days to complete, there were no unforeseen conditions were discovered or reported to substantiate any extension of time to perform the work. The contractor stated they would be returning within a week to complete the remaining work. Overall the workmanship is poor, end cuts are not primed. (A requirement of James Hardie products) Trim detail design is not properly flashed and will eventually lead to failure. They charged for James Hardie color plus siding and used primed corner boards and white caulk which defeats the purpose of using the color plus product which is double the cost of primed. (Color plus siding is a pre painted product that requires a color matched caulk.) The contractor failed to pick up the nails, remove debris from the demo which has resulted in 2 flat tires on vehicles and poses a danger to the children in the household. It is nearing the end of December and after repeat phone calls to the contractor's project manager he has not returned our phone calls. For whatever reasons for the contractor's disappearance, some understandable and some not so understandable if it's financial difficulties or took on too much work. In any case, there's not much excuse for a contractor not returning our phone calls. Unfortunately due the contractors negligence we will be having to pay higher interest rates since the work is not completed as agreed and we're required to pay for the work upfront as we paid for it with our line of credit.

Home Siding Replacement by Pacific Exteriors LLC Job instal started Aug 9, 2016 This job was a bit difficult because it is an old house with 2 layers of existing siding which had to be removed. Some problems were encountered during the installation, but the project supervisor made sure everything was installed to meet James Hardie specifications even though some reworking was required. Some of the problems along with my request for additional work on the garage door was performed at no additional cost. When this company gives you an estimate you can count on its accuracy, unlike some company's that will bury you in change orders. This made the job financing very straight forward for us. I highly recommend Pacific Exteriors for all your siding work.

They are a little more expensive, but the knowledge, quality of work, and communication has been excellent. Well worth the money, and I know my house will be sided correctly so I have the peace of mind that everything will be nice and dry in my home.

Work was done in a timely manner with no hitches. The paint matched well. The paint matched well with existing work done previously. The clean-up was thorough. Only glitch was a math mistake in the original bid.

They are the best! Painted my house 2 years ago and did a terrific job. A few days ago I noticed a couple of very small issues. I called and they've already been here and fixed them! Couldn't ask for better customer service. Highly recommend them.
