PE was not the cheapest offer, but they were the best choice by far. PE took on a deeper project than they normally would, one that included removal and replacement of wall sheathing as poart of the siding replacement so that an insulation company could spray-foam the walls from the outside. All of their work was _very_ good, with very few corrections required (I'm a picky customer). In particular, Steve Jump of PE functioned quite well as the general contractor, organizing and scheduling three separate crews; PE, the roofing and the insulation crews, as well as negotiating with Redmond City Hall for the sheathing replacement permits.

Attention to detail is very low. I found many places on the house that had been completely missed. Many areas still only have one coat of paint. The business owner showed up at my door without warning and wanted final payment. I wasn�t home, and couldn�t do a final walk-through. I have a list of items that are not to my standards. I�ll probably just fix them myself. I�m not confident the painter has enough pride in his work to get the job done right. I had a 20 minute conversation with the owner. We couldn�t come to an agreement on quality standards. This company hires subcontractors to do their painting, and you pay an extra $$ for it.

I hired this company to paint my house on 7/21/11 and paid them a deposit, I was told that I would be hearing from them in about 4 weeks to do the walk through and schedule the job. I had not heard anything by 8/26 so I started calling and did not hear anything until about 9/16. The pressure wash was done the next week and then the crew came to paint the house on 9/24. It was completed all in the one day (the house is not very big), the crew was attentive and the clean-up was pretty good, some paint chips remain. However David told me on 9/24 that he would be coming by to review the job and make sure it was ok, but no call since 9/24.

The worker who painted my house were very good, good representatives of the company they work for, ie the workers themselves did a good job. The commuincations of the folks who set up the project, needs improvement. They were very slow in responding to calls, emails or text messages. I feel if you are in a customer services business, then treat the client as if they are important to your business.

The crew was courteous, careful, and showed pride in their workmanship. Extremely fast workers and quality all around.

We needed to paint our house urgently. Jazz came and gave us a quote, which was extremely reasonable. Dennis and his team came and did an excellent job with this. The work is of a very high quality and they left everything very neat. I can highly recommend them.

Jazz gave me an informative and highly competivie estimate, David set everything up and Manuel did a great job in spite of having to come back several times because of rainy weather. Great job, I would highly recommend!

Pacific Exteriors did an excellent job on painting the exterior of our house. Of the 4 that quoted the job, I found them to be the most professional, most complete in their quote AND at a very reasonable cost. The panters showed up when they said, were very neat, did a thorough job and cleaned up after themselves. When we ran into a setback with some siding that needed to be replaced, they did it with a minimal increase in cost. Very good experience all the way around and I highly recommend them.
