Service was very satisfactory

Very fast response.

Fast and easy scheduling. Could have came out the very next day (which I didn't expect), but I opted for a couple day's later to fit my work schedule. Serviceman (Kurt) was on-time and professional. Diagnosed the problem quickly, and he had the parts on the truck. Gave me the firm price of what it would cost, and then did the work and cleaned up. Perfect job. A big plus that he had a well stocked truck and could do the job immediately, without having to go back to the shop or worse (order) the parts.

It went really well. They were able to call me back quickly. And they explained how the billing and the payment plan worked very well.

Besides doing the check up, they have given us really good advice and education on our furnace. I would definitely suggest getting them scheduled early in the season, they get very busy towards the end of the season and it may take a month or two for them to be able to come out. They are definitely worth the wait, they do a great job.

We had the ducts cleaned after a several month remodeling project this summer which generated a lot of drywall dust and other kinds of dust. The representative arrived a little ahead of projected time and went right to work. He was thorough in his preparation and in his cleaning. He covered all vents and cold air returns, uncovering one at a time with suction from the furnace. He used compressed air to dislodge dust and dirt particles up to 6-8 feet into the duct. The dust was trapped in a filter in the furnace and removed. He cleaned up after himself.

Great work, I would highly recommend them!

Person came out, on time, was very professional. Thorough inspection of furnace needs. Took pictures, promised estimate in a few days. We did not need new furnace immediately, but did expect him to follow through. Called company after 2 weeks and was again promised estimate. One week later, still have not seen it.

We were in a 'no heat' situation because our existing furnace was determined to have a cracked heat exchanger during annual PM. Olson was one of several companies we contacted for bids. Their representative was prompt and provided a clear, detailed estimate. They were able to schedule the install for the next day and were in the middle on cost. The installers were on time; polite; and did a neat, professional installation of the system. The only surprise was upon installation, finding out that Olson shares common ownership with Gas Appliance Service (G.A.S.) [The installers arrived in a G.A.S. service truck] which was one of the other companies quoting the job. They had slightly lower quote for a Bryant unit which is virtually identical to the Carrier unit quoted by Olson. They had limited feedback on this site so we went Olson instead. We contacted Ed Olson about this matter and he was very nice and gave us an adjustment to the price of the job.

They do great work. Even though this was on warranty, they came out and found the problem quickly and got right down to fixing it. They have done work for me in the past and I love the job they do.

I am very happy with the new air conditioner. They were friendly and helpful to work with. I did feel that the price was a little high, but sometimes you have to pay a little more to get a better product and better service. They offered a good warranty with it and will also take care of servicing it for us.

They had originally installed the unit and they used to service the previous owners, so we just kept on with the service. They always send the same person, and there's no need for us to call them, they just come.

They did a good job and I was very pleased with the service of this company. They are responsible and made sure to answer all of our questions. They are reasonably priced and reliable. I would highly recommend them to other people.

Yurly, a technician, arrived on time and checked my furnace and thermostat. He started replacing the thermostat without showing me all the options. He put up a thermostat that was only programmable (not also manual). When I protested he went to his truck and brought up another. I said I wanted to see all my options and he said I have only 3 options and 2 are identical. He grew very impatient and maybe due to a language difficulty I felt railroaded into the only programmable and manual thermostat he claimed he had. Although he said he had 30 in the truck only these 3 would work with my furnace he claimed. I therefore suggest to anyone interested in replacing a thermostat to buy one on your own just in case you don't like what the technician brings. He installed and programmed the thermostat. This Carrier thermostat costs $130.97. I also had to ask him to remove a small blue wall expander left over from the previous thermostat which he was going to leave in and would have been unsightly.

Very thorough job. I mentioned to the technician that I had smelled gas on occasion and he immediately searched and found a small leak at one of the joints. He repaired it and made sure that none of the other joints had a similar problem. There was no extra charge for this work.

We used them once before for a simple cleaning and found them extremely professional and helpful. Our furnace is 15 years old and they encouraged regular maintenance, but did not push a new furnace. He suggested that we call in April when their work slows down and they'll give us a free estimate.

WE HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR THE LAST 10 YEARS--BOTH IN OUR OLD HOUSE WITH OIL HEAT AND IN OUR CURRENT HOUSE WITH A NATURAL GAS FURNACE. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL--I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.

OLSEN ENERGY HAD TO RUN A GAS LINE TO OUR HOUSE, RUN THE LINE INTO THE HOUSE FOR CURRENT USE AND FUTURE USE. THEY INSTALLED A NEW HEAT PUMP AND CAME BACK LATER AND INSTALLED THE OTHER ITEMS I REQUESTED. EXCELLENT COMPANY.
