Description of Work: they said they fixed my computer. they sold mean expensive on line fix service. I know my computr still was not woring correctly. I tried their on line fix but it did not help. 3 weeks after i picked up my computer from office depot i got an email telling me i had ro eace the hard drive. at that point i call another computer service , they tol me the hard drive is broken. the computer is sill under worinty and i will return it but i am out 4350 with office depot.

I WAS HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE. THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND COURTEOUS ABOUT THEIR MISTAKE AND ALSO OFFERED ME A DISCOUNT ON MY NEXT COMPUTER UPGRADE. I WOULD DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.
Description of Work: THEY ADDED MEMORY AND CLEANED MY COMPUTER. THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO GIVE ME A VIRUS SCAN BUT THEY FORGOT. WHEN I TOOK IT BACK THEY GAVE ME A VIRUS-SCAN; AS WELL AS A DISCOUNT OFF MY NEXT COMPUTER UPGRADE.
