I hired O’Neill Plumbing Company after having a really bad experience with another supplier recommended by The Home Depot. After being without water for 4 days and the other company leaving the premises without any solution, Donna from O’Neill called me to learn about my experience and figure out how they could help. Nelson showed up at my place to assess the situation on Saturday evening and was able to fully explain the process, the cost, and their commitment to get the work completed on Sunday. Nelson, Bobby, and Mickey were at my place at 9:30am as scheduled. They were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to do business with. They took care of everything and, although the cost ended up being higher than I initially budgeted for, it was worth every cent as the process was seamless and the work was completed as expected within the time frame they provided. On top of that, their positive attitude and customer service was top notch. They sacrificed their Mother’s Day celebrations to complete this project and can’t thank them enough for such a great experience. I would highly recommend O’Neill Plumbing Company to anyone looking for similar services. They’re simply the best!

From the moment O’neill’s estimator “Bobby” stepped from his truck and introduced himself our waterline replacement project was on track for success. With our water shut off at the street because the 48 year old, original water line had ruptured, Bobby asked if I would like to hook up a temporary jumper hose from the neighbors house to one of our outside hose bibs. In his words, “You could then live normally until the repair was complete”. He even went to Ace Hardware to buy a F X F washing machine hose to complete the connection, all at no cost to me, no strings attached. After that he worked on providing the first of the three estimates I obtained for the project. I chose O’neill based on this tremendous customer service and my previous experiences with O’neill since 1985. That was a Tuesday and on Thursday morning the crew arrived and began the work. The entire project, installing 90 feet of new 1 inch soft copper pipe, digging 4 necessary access holes at the meter, the driveway, at the front of the house and inside the garage, repairing the garage floor, restoring the yard to original condition and final cleanup took 2.5 days. O’neill utilized state of the art trench less waterline replacement to minimize the impact on our property. The onsite crew of Kyle, Mike and Carl were always courteous, informative and industrious. At the end of each day, we received a project status update and they left the jobsite neat and tidy. O’neill Plumbing earned and deserves this 5 star review.

An old galvanized water pipe sprang a leak outside my front door. Mike and Kyle showed up ASAP, friendly and polite, and happy to answer my questions as I watched them analyze the problem. They were everything I wanted and more. Efficient, skilled, and able to propose a solution that saved us a LOT of money. They cleaned everything up too. I could not be happier with the outcome. I’ll definitely recommend O’Neill and use them again.

I don't think many plumbing companies could have fixed my issue without major work. My house has original 1940's plumbing and parts are unavailable. Phil, at O'Neill's had the needed parts fabricated and shipped from California. Farmer and Nick did an amazing job in fixing the shower; even with the new parts it was a tough job. The cost was a fraction of what the job would have cost if a less experienced team had just done the easy fix and torn the shower apart. I can't compliment the professionalism enough.

Great, work performed within 48 hours of call. Very professional, explained the process. Less than 1/2 the price of area large company that advertises a lot. Also less than a “over the phone with pictures bid”. Would hire again if needed.

Jeff and John showed up at 8AM and got right on it, keeping to the low end of the labor estimate. They were considerate, professional, and friendly. They went over the install with me and answered all my questions. We love it and I appreciate their respect while in our home. I hired O'Neill last year to jet out my side sewer and this is why they have my confidence.

The young men who came to our house did an excellent job and were quick and efficient. O'neill has excellent customer service--thank you, Tyler! We were very pleased and would recommend their services to anyone.

O'Neill came on 2/2/21, measured closets for replacing 2 50-gal water heaters. On 2/8 they arrive, do the job and, as I recollect, John came to my door and announced that the 50-gallon tank would not fit in Unit B so he had gone ahead and installed a 40-gal instead. According to Tyler, John claimed he had asked first if that was alright. In any case, John assured me the 40-gal tank would be plenty big enough to fill up the tub in Unit B so I said okay (what do I know? Maybe they make water heaters now that are more efficient, but years ago I got talked into taking a 40 gallon by another plumber - it must be a racket - rather than simply remove the shelf in a closet at my condo so it would accommodate a 50 gal, and I spent 10 long years taking uncomfortable baths because you couldn't fill the tub all the way or top up with hot water.) When they left I asked my tenant in Unit B to let me know if he could fill up his tub with hot water and he said no. So I called Tyler and asked him to come and put a 50 gallon in as I had asked him to in the first place. Tyler objected to that idea saying I had okayed the job and when I said I wasn't given the chance to say no he accused me of calling John a lyer. Maybe I am not remembering correctly but I do know that the only reason I let the men leave was because John assured me the 40 gallon tank would be PLENTY. Tyler ended the conversation by he would install a 50 gallon tank if I could find one that would fit the space. So, I went online and found one and gave him the information but Tyler never called me back. I emailed him via his office person but, again, got no response. They had the opportunity to measure the closet beforehand. If I was given the opportunity to turn down the idea of accepting a 40 gal tank instead, it was under pressure. I didn't want to make waves. On top of all this, the install in Unit A was faulty too. They drilled a huge screw through the wall into my kitchen and shorted out the outlet under my sink. You go online and it's all over the internet, people complaining that, despite the hype, the 40 gal is not enough to fill a tub. O'Neill should be familiar with the scenario. Tyler said he would put a 50 gal one in for me if I could find one that would fit but apparently has renigged on that. I was not given the manuals or the senior discount I was promised either. No bulk discount and a lot of unpleasantness when I've been a loyal customer for years.

Contacted O'Neill Plumbing through Angieslist. Tyler (service manager) came to do the estimate and scope of work to upgrade the natural gas line in our crawlspace. I spent about an hour with him showing him around and explaining what needs to be done. I explained that I wasn't in a rush, but wanted quality work. During the walk through he sounded very positive that O'Neill Plumbing can do the job (even mentioned he trained many of the technicians himself). When he was wrapping up, he promised to provide a detailed estimate in the next 24-48 hours. I should also mention that during walk through there were a few places in the crawlspace that he was not sure how to best reach, so after he left, I took extra time to take pictures of those and e-mail it to him to make his job scoping the project easier. In two days I get a one line e-mail from him, saying they won't be able to do the job at all "due to lack of personnel". I requested explanation what happened between then and now - received no response. Net/net - I wasted my time time with O'Neill Plumbing who seems to either not want the job but didn't have the honesty to tell me that or didn't have qualified staff to do the job on the first place.

Great. We had flooding in our basement over the weekend and they were out to assess the situation within two hours. Reilly came out and was great. We were able to schedule permanent repairs for the following week. Jeffrey and assistant John arrived right on time and did a great job for us. We appreciated the friendly and quick service and would hire them again.

Clear estimates, on time. Decided to go with removal or the pipe and water line to the fridge instead of running a new line to save $$. Transparent estimate. Adjusted to lower number since the work didn't take as long as expected

Really, really great. The plumbers were professional (it was a multi-plumber job: Jeff, along with Colin and Frank), went faster than expected from start to finish, and, specific to the water shutoff, they went as quickly as they could in order to turn the water back on to the building. As I am in a building with multiple tenants, their speed was of the essence so as not to deprive the other offices from water during a business day. This installation had been weighing heavily on me with all the logistical pieces, but O'Neill's were really helpful in guiding me (a complete novice regarding plumbing) through the process. The peace of mind from knowing talented professionals were doing then job left my landlord and me feeling confident about the durability of the work as well. Thank you Jeff, Colin and Frank!

Bought an older home that needs a lot of work and O'Neill responded very quickly. Came in and replaced two wax seals and rebolted them to the floor. Will be in contact again for future jobs :)

James and Kyle (apprentice) arrived on time, they were respectful, followed the Covid guidelines. Loved the ONeill mat/rug they used on the floor. The work was done in the estimated time. We have had James do some work for us in the past and will continue to ask for him for any future work we need done. Thank you James and Kyle.

ONeill Plumbing hit another home run with James and Kyle. They were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. James imparted quite a bit of wisdom when it came to contacting my faucet manufacturer for a replacement part and Kyle told me how to deal with the water company should I ever experience a broken pipe and any resulting water bill issue. O’Neill Plumbing has been my go to plumber for many years and James and Kyle have definitely made sure I won’t be changing anytime in the foreseeable future.

I had a blockage quite far in my sewer line - almost 200 feet. O'Neill is one of the very few sewer cleaners willing to attach two snakes to go that far in the line, most won't go much beyond 100 feet. Still, it took two trips to get this done, because on the first trip they brought one long and one short snake, and it wasn't enough. On the second trip they brought two long ones, and job was done. And they only charged me for the second trip, which was very fair (I did ask for two snakes up front, but did not realize I that they come in different lengths...). Still, given that this is not what most sewer cleaners are willing to do, I am very happy that the line got cleared.

This was my 4th time reaching out to O'Neill Plumbing. Old house - lots of issues. Each time has had an agreeable outcome. Today, a new hot water heater was installed by James and Clark. Both were professional and explained all that they were going to do. Pleasant experience.

Fast, professional service from start to finish. The two gentlemen who arrived to do the repair work showed up almost an hour early! Definitely would recommend!

The repair went well. I was given two possible options as to what the repair might entail depending on what was found. I appreciated having information beforehand which helped me to understand what decision I might need to make. As it turned out the repair was an easy one and didn’t require the more extensive option. I have used O’Neill Plumbing many times over the past several years and have always been impressed with their work. Each repair was done well, in a timely fashion, and for a reasonable amount. One or two of the repairs involved a return by the plumber, nor because things went wrong with the repair but because of things my elderly parent had done. They came back quickly, at no additional cost and were very patient with my mom despite the effort it required of them. I highly recommend them and would personally never use another plumbing service. Why would I when they have always provided such exceptional service for me!

The 2 workers completed the work in a 1/2 hour or less. I would highly recommend them. This was a small job; which I cannot do anymore.

We hired this plumber to take a look at a small leak under our sink. Unfortunately the plumber did not disclose their $280 hourly rate so we were hit with an unexpected bill of upwards of $500 to fix this very small leak. In the process of fixing the leak they also broke our facet (which they fixed). The work was fine but the communication about the upfront costs should be improved. When we spoke with Julie at the main office she refused to acknowledge that the plumbers they sent may have forgotten to explain their hourly rate (which she said was standard practice).

A journeyman plumber and his assistant arrived during the appointed time period. They unplugged the sinks, cleaned up and recommended a tool to be used in the future.
