Description of Work: They unclogged our sewer line and suggested how to keep it clean. It went exactly as they said.

Description of Work: We had an issue with a clogged toilet at a house we rent to our niece. Since this is a single bath home, getting this problem fixed was critical. O'Niell responded promptly and came quickly. They were able to fix the problem right away. The price was higher because it was a Sunday. We are happy to have found a great plumbing service for the future whom we can call with high confidence.

The plumber called and said the faucet needed to be replaced and that he had one in the truck. The faucet was $250. I accepted but, later realized I had over paid for the faucet and service. I felt the cost of the service call, and replacement was too expensive.

Description of Work: New tub spout. It was a somewhat difficult job but he charged approx 220.00 an hour and I provided the spout! I do however, feel like the guy made a genuine effort.There was another issue after he left. The handle was now loose.I tried to fix it myself but cold not. They said they would come out the following Tuesday. They never showed or called.That issue has not been fixed. I felt like they got the money and ran.

Description of Work: My sump pump was not working. I had the problem reviewed by Southwest Plumbing, and was quoted $1,000. I joined Angie's List and found O'Neill Plumbing. The plumber who made the initial assessment was able to pinpoint the problem (the float, not the entire pump, was bad). The repair came shortly after, and he was able to complete the work quickly, and for less than he thought.
