Description of Work: This was the third time I used O'Neill Plumbing in a 5 month period. I had previously called them one night when I had a disposal break and I couldn't drain water from my sink. I was so impressed with their service that I used them again for some maintenance assistance at a later time. This call was due to a broken water pipe that occurred in the middle of the night. They came quickly, despite the fact that they had received many other calls, and the work was completed quickly and well. I have used them again since this service call because of their outstanding service.

Description of Work: They performed various plumbing issues, such as clogged drains, hot water tank installation and possibly a future home re-piping.

Description of Work: Sorry I can't find my bill right now to give you date. Within the past six months -- today is 5/26/15. Cleaned out main line to the sewer and it went very well. I will use them again.

Description of Work: Ben managed to fix our broken toilet by suggesting not using the manufacturers parts as they was so expensive and said he should be able to fix it with a cheaper alternative. We were very grateful, he was prepared to look at other solutions. Even noted another major fault that could potentially cause our bathroom to flood and suggested a way to fix it ourselves. Ben was efficient, helpful, knowledgeable and polite. Would call O'Neill again.

Description of Work: Replaced outdoor faucet that split due to cold weather. Did that job just fine, but seemed a little expensive for about 20 minutes of work.

Description of Work: O'Niell plumbing is fantastic! Though this was a small job, if it hadn't been done right we would probably have had to tear out an expensive tile floor. Our toilet was improperly seated on a zero entry custom shower and they knew exactly what to do and how to do it. I will never call another plumber if I have a choice.

Description of Work: I would re-use this company, but would probably send photos to them in advance to avoid any questions. The person who handled my call and the plumber who showed up were both very friendly and professional. I marked price as a B because they charge over $100 per half hour of work, which seems high to me. They don't charge for travel time though, which was good and the plumber did his best to get my work done before a fourth half hour started ticking, which I really appreciated. One other note that didn't seem to fit any categories above, but the plumber did not have the materials on hand to perform one of the three tasks I had described over the phone and he wanted to reschedule for a later date that was after my window of opportunity. Given that I had pre-warned the company about the work and that the parts don't seem that unusual for a minor sink drain pipe relocation, I didn't expect that result. Luckily, we worked out an acceptable alternative involving couplers instead.

Description of Work: Installed a new kitchen sink faucet. The work went well. The faucet does not leak which is my only test so far.

Description of Work: O'Neill replaced about 6 feet of sewer line (8-ft. trench, 4.5 ft. deep.) They replaced the existing concrete pipe with schedule 40 PVC, installed a cleanout and also took down and removed a 30-ft. holly tree whose roots were killing the pipes. They were very careful not to mess up my lawn, and cleaned EVERYTHING up very nicely. The entire job was done between 8:30 am and about 1:30 pm on the same day.

Description of Work: Left a message for a cost estimate request for a sewer repair but never heard back. UPDATE: Someone turned up at our front door a few days later to leave a business card. When asked why, he said he was told to do so. We threw away the card.

Description of Work: Mark had installed a new water heater previously and when I realized I needed some toilet work done, he came back a few days later. He was polite, friendly and quick! I will definitely use O'Neill Plumbing again. It was a little expensive but that seems to be the norm in the plumbing world.

Description of Work: Installed new kitchen sick hardware and got the hot water working for my washer!! I thought I might need to get new pipes turns out I only need new valves which he installed. Very good work done and in a timely manner John K. was awesome & even scooped up puppy poop after my little puppy got a little to excited to see him O.o...sorry John...lol. This is the second time I've used O'Neil and will use them again.

Description of Work: Fixed bad clog, replaced garbage disposal.

Description of Work: Phoned O'Neill Plumbing for an emergency mid-day/mid-week call-out. They were able to respond within 90 minutes. Plumber worked in tight conditions to reroute plumbing to accomodate newly delivered clothes washer. Work was well thought out and accomplished. Price paid reflects emergency call out. The cost would have been less had there been time to pre-arrange the appointment.
