Description of Work: I had an outside water faucet and the piping to it from inside the garage replaced because it had burst last winter. The technician arrived a few minutes early (great!) and was very personable, friendly and got right to work. He explained everything as he did the work and was finished much faster than I expected. He cleaned up his work area and was gone. Great job!

Description of Work: Replaced hard to get to Float and Wax Ring for 2 toilets. Also looked at outside faucet and came back later with part they did not have on truck at no extra charge. The toilet fix went great. But the outside faucet, they left me a note saying that I should try using a regular hose instead of the shrinking hoses or they would need to take the whole faucet apart as a reconstruction job and I should call if I wanted to do that.

Description of Work: There were a couple of problems in our two bathrooms. In one, the shower head was leaking pretty seriously, and in the other, the tub mechanism which switches water from the shower to the tub faucet wasn't working. The fixes were simple and were done very quickly.

Description of Work: Had a few plumbing tasks that needed to be taken care of. John was the plumber who came out (he came out one time previously) and he did a great job again. He is so considerate and knowledgeable. He completed all of the work we needed in the time we were quoted. Wouldn't hesitate to call O'Neill again for any more plumbing work; ask for John, he's great!

Description of Work: They replaced my garbage disposal and snaked the drain in the master bath. First, he checked the old disposal, got it to work, and, when it started smoking (it was over twenty years old) he calmly turned it off, and walked me through my options. Not only did I get a beautiful, shiny new disposal, I also got a tutorial on how it worked and how to reset it if anything got stuck in the future. I love these guys.

Description of Work: There wasn't a problem after all. While it was my fault for not checking into it better, I would have appreciated a break. But they did charge the service call charge, even though they did not do any work. I live very close to the company, so I think they could have done this.

Description of Work: The provider replaced the hot water faucet for my washing machine and fixed my leaky two-flush toilet. He was on time. He did the work to the high standard that I expect plumbers to reach. The price was fair. I would very likely choose to use them again.

Description of Work: We had a leak in our sewer line. They identified the cause and said they would have to dig to put in new pipes in the place that was leaking. My husband wanted to save money and do the digging himself, and they had no problem with that. | |So they did a great job and fixed the problem with the least costly approach. I think they are super!

Description of Work: Long story short, don't call plumbers to install a dishwasher. Two guys appeared at the exact time estimated. Said, "we're here to install your garbage disposal". The request was to install a replacement dishwasher. Called Oneill because of their high marks but I knew right then I should have waited, washed my own dishes and had the Albert Lee installers install the new DW. When I had to keep reading them the install guide provided and make sure they didn't hook up to the garbage dishwasher vs. the already available outflow line I knew I had to keep an eye on things. Ultimately it works fine and doen't leak, but it was installed skewed in the cavity and the door doesn't line up with the counter edge. It's off about an inch. I still have to figure out how to take off the kick plate, side anchors, lay on the floor and somehow straighten this thing out. The KitchenAid DW is absolutely great, the install is functional, but the installers missed the detail of getting the DW straight. Thankfully I had shims so they could raise it up rather than leave a one inch gap from the top of the DW insulation and the underneath of the counter. They are apparently great plumbers, but not installers for something like this. Wish me luck on the re-install. |

Description of Work: Replaced the main water line using 1 inch copper and boring the line under the driveway.

Description of Work: We had a tub that was completely blocked, a toilet that was clogged, and two outdoor hose bibs that needed repair - all done in a timely, professional way - we will use them again in the future should we need a plumber.

Description of Work: Fixed an outdoor leaking faucet, had to go thru wall to reach the pipe. Also, fixed a toilet that was running. John was very prompt, and even tho the hourly rate is high, he worked quickly, and fixed something that another (cheaper) plumber didn't fix correctly.
