Excellent, I called their service and Kelly called me back within 5 minutes. It was my lucky day Tyler was just finishing a job. Tyler arrived did a quick assessment, of the situation and then began the process of snacking the system. Tyler was very professional, efficient and friendly. When he left all the water was flowing back the way it should. I had to pay double time, but didn't mind if it meant I would be able to use my water again on a Saturday. THANK YOU O'NEILL!

I set up an appointment to get an estimate on the work needed. John was early for the appointment, called to let me know he had arrived, and waited patiently for me to get home from work 5 minutes later. He quickly identified the issue as an old galvanized kitchen sink drain pipe that had disintegrated, so water from the kitchen sink was leaking into the crawl space. After providing an estimate, John even offered to fix the pipe on site. He cut out a section of the pipe, fit a new PVC pipe and even unclogged the dishwasher drain tube that was causing the overflow to back up onto the kitchen counter. Even though it was a tough job cutting the thick galvanized pipe and working in the tight crawl space quarters, John kept a positive attitude, made conversation and explained what he was doing as the job progressed. We lost a section from the back of our cabinet in the process, as it was necessary to access the drain pipe, but we'll make do with it for now. Overall, we were pleased with the work and the fast repair done the same day as the estimate! John did a great job and was very helpful and kind. He also made sure we got our Angie's List discount! We would recommend O'Neill Plumbing in the future based on this experience.

I called and told dispatch person had a leak under my kitchen sink could not tell where it was coming from, after talking we decided to buy a faucet before the plumber came this would be cheaper and quicker to have in case it was the problem. Ben came and I explain to him about my leak, he looked and decided it was the baskets strainers and seal in my left sink. quoted $106.00 material $220.00 labor the price for both sinks he advised best replaced the right sink basket and seal just a matter of time before it start leaking too. I had problems with cost of the materials Ben stated only had expensive metal basket in stock on truck. I was not happy with cost but I needed to have leak fixed. Well after all was done Ben ran the water in both sinks I still had a leak water still gathering under the sink we had a hot discussion about my conversation with the dispatch person about the faucet he replaced the faucet and guess what no more. I was angry this should have been the first thing done per conversation with dispatch person. Ben advised mix up in commutation with dispatch he did not charge me to replace the faucet. I felt I needed to wait to make sure leak fixed it is now June and no leaks.

Everything went great. I have a new working toilet, and a lot of new working shut off valves to replace the old leaky ones. It has been a couple of weeks and everything seems to be working. Plumber was courteous and worked well under a time deadline to get everything done without cutting corners. Cost includes the new toilet, ~2 hours of billed time, and 11 new shut off valves.

I dug my own trench, the crew showed up on time but could not get the street shutoff to close and thus?left for another job?to minimize the hours billed to me?we waited for SPU?to show up. They loaned me their rotohammer to drill the foundation hole to save them time, (and me money,) when they returned. Upon return they quickly installed the new main, requesting my feedback the entire time to ensure it was routed according to my preferences. They also were able to persuade the SPU worker to install a new copper pigtail, street shutoff and union! Overall the crew worked quickly, (briskly jogging to their truck for supplies,) solicited my approval throughout the process and billed me very fairly for all time and materials used.

Mike and Trevor (Sorry if I got your name wrong. I'm bad with names) arrived on time and worked hard digging down to the sewer pipe which was in a tight spot. They were very professional and communicated well explaining what they were doing and why. I'm pleased with the service I got and would use O'Neil Plumbing again.

Went great. Ben arrived right on time and completed everything in about three hours. He was very professional and had good advice. We are very pleased with his work. Price was a bit more than what we anticipated, but I guess you get what you pay for. This is the second time we have used O'Neill, and would recommend them very highly.

Searched Angie's List for a good local plumber, and read a number of reviews for O'Neill Plumbing. Called to make an appointment and the lady I spoke with was very professional and was able to schedule me for the next day, which worked perfectly for my schedule. Steve arrived on the early side of our 2PM - 4PM window. He asked how he could help me today, I explained what was happening, took him downstairs to see for himself what I was describing. He used the kinetic on the drain twice, the first time he said there was a little resistance, meaning there was a partial blockage, and the second time no resistance at all. While he was working, he told me about Bio-Clean! What a great product to keep your pipes maintained and clear, so I bought a container of that as well. Steve was professional, knowledgeable, and polite. He seemed to genuinely care about the issue I was experiencing and wanted to help me ensure I wouldn't have to be calling repeatedly to resolve the issue. If I have any other plumbing issues in the future, I will definitely be using O'Neill Plumbing. Thanks Steve for a job well done!

Ben and Tim were great! They came in with the large snake and when they couldn't get the clog they went into the basement and found that the clog was farther in the line than normal and unclogged it

We appreciated the recommendation from the plumber, but when we contacted the repairman and explained the problem, he said it was something the plumber had to fix. I called O'Neill back to see if they could get someone back out and was told they'd call me back once they had a chance to talk to the plumber who came to our house. That was over a week ago. We have since called another plumber to fix the leak in our dishwasher waste line. The folks at O'Neill were very nice, but I'm disappointed that they weren't able to solve the problem, nor did they call back to follow up.

It went amazing!!! The person that O'Neill's sent out was named Ben he worked very efficient and was so knowledgeable. He was friendly and comfortable to work with. Since we have never worked with a plumber before this was the best outcome we could have hoped for. I loved his honesty. I am so glad we could go to Angie's list and know we were picking someone that would be patient with us. We will be calling Ben from O'Neill's again if we ever need a plumber.

Have old toilet that was not shutting off after flush, leaking flapper and generally being a pain. Tried repairing but they never lasted. Plumber showed up as scheduled. I explained symptoms. He looked at toilet and explained what he recommended. Told him to go ahead and he was done in @ 30 minutes. Working fine ever since.

Fixed our clogged sink and offered information as to why it was clogging. We are very pleased

Met with Cevin on the 4th to talk about options to resolve the leak that had developed in a 41 year old plastic supply line. Decided to go with total replacement of the line with 1" copper line with a 50 year warranty A crew came out on the 6th to prep the garage for when the boring machine came on the 8th. Cevin coordinated with the city of Renton, the utilities location service, the boring machine company and kept me informed throughout the process. O'Neill Plumbing only uses top quality materials (Copper pipe, special fittings, PRV, etc) The soil from the areas that were excavated was put on boards to protect the garage floor and on plastic in the lawn and sidewalk. Upon completion the garage, driveway, lawn and sidewalk were cleaned and when the crew left the site looked like they were never there. I was impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the crew that did the work. I would highly recommend O'Neill Plumbing for any plumbing needs.

I had a leaking garbage disposal pipe under my kitchen sink. O'Neill's was quick to get back to me through Angie's list messaging, and they were accommodating when I had a last-minute schedule change. The plumber arrived on time, quickly assessed the situation, then gave me several options. He patiently waited while I contacted my husband by phone. The estimate for the repair was above what I actually paid because he was able to complete the work faster than he anticipated. He left the work area just as clean as he found it. He honored my Angie's List coupon, even thought I forgot to tell him about it before he wrote the invoice. He was very friendly and adjusted the invoice to include the discount. The work was just completed about an hour ago, and so far, everything seems to be working just fine.

I spoke with Michael who said they had someone available. He said he would contact the person on call and call me back with a time. He called back within a few minutes. He said Steve would be there within the hour. He also quoted a cost for the call. Steve arrived on schedule and was able to restart the burner. He noted the unit, although a good brand, was past its expected life and we should consider replacing it. We agreed that was a good idea and will look into that in the Spring.

.Made contact via email on Sunday, December 27th Confirmed an appt for Wednesday, Dec. 30 between 8am and 9am on Monday, the 28th. Received a confirming call on the 29th. Jeff arrived at 8:00am on the the 30th. Accomplished the task. He was totally punctual and professional. Would definitely reccomend O'Neills.

Went great. Christmas Eve Cevin came by on time to check out our problem, Suggested we use "American Leak Detection" to find the location of the leak (was well worth the reasonable charge by "American Leak Detection"). O'Neill Plumbing returned very early the morning after the leak was found, had the repair to the water line located, repaired and all of the dirt was backfilled in about 3 1/2 hours. Great work and attitude by the employees. They returned the next morning to make the concrete repairs to the sidewalk. Left the work site clean and neat. Would highly recommend they for any plumbing work.

we had a clog which was causing a floor drain in our basement to backup. We called over the weekend and it took a little while to hear back and get it scheduled, but once we finally did they were punctual, courteous, and took care of the problem at a reasonable cost. I had to call back a couple times and await someone to get back to me, but overall the service was good.

They came out the same day I called, were professional, courteous and performed the work I asked them to.

Serviceman Steve installed a faucet which he had in stock. It was a good quality faucet, but, on the "spray" setting, it had too much water velocity and deflected water all over the sink area and on my clothes. Steve agreed that the faucet wasn't working in my application and installed a faucet of my choice, at no additional charge and with a credit for the one I had purchased from O'neill. It all worked smoothly with no hassles.

We ended up calling a competitor who was significantly friendlier, explained options and then proceeded to fix (which required replacing the faucet). I appreciate the Oneill plumber wanting to only fix something he/we could see was broken, but he flat out ignored exactly what I told him from my own observations of the actual leak. Why would a service person actually argue with a customer? What's the point?
