Heidi brought several key furniture pieces and accessories to complement some of our own furniture and accessories. She used all of these to stage our home in a striking and attractive design. What we especially appreciated was her incorporating some personal artwork into the plan to honor the history of the house. She really listened to our objectives and wishes and produced a great product. Our buyer saw the home in the first open house, which took place 1 day after the listing. He returned twice more, once mid-week and again during the 2d open house---then he made an offer the following day. After one counter we sealed the deal. (After the house went under contract we received an offer from another protective buyer). We thus had two offers within nine days. At closing we asked the buyer if there was one particular feature or impression which caused him to make an offer on the house. He replied, when I first walked in I said "Wow! What a beautiful job!" We credit Heidi with that great first impression. Thank you Heidi!

She worked her magic on the wood molding, the interior stairs, the interior wood floors, the windows, lighting, plants, and stone. She picked the furniture and accessories for a successful staging of a duplex and garden apartment.
