We are a Seattle-based general contractor specializing in remodels and new home construction. We can transform your existing structure into the house of your dreams, build you a backyard cottage, or start from scratch to build you an entire new home. We do second-story additions, basement expansions, house lifting, and structural work. We can help you get the primary bedroom, bathroom, or kitchen that you've always wanted, and can make sure that your addition blends seamlessly with your existing structure. We can get you set up with architects and engineers to get your project started, and our team of professionals will get your project finished. We guide you through from start to finish: from demolition, framing, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and flooring all the way to finish carpentry, tile work, built-in cabinetry, and fine finishes.
