+ -1 moreThey never returned my call. I found their lack of responsiveness really unprofessional. I understand now is a busy time for landscapers but other companies I have called have been courteous enough to reply that they are no longer taking new customers, etc. This company showed no interest in new business and no customer service either!
Description of Work: My husband saw NW Gardens Alive at a neighbors house, knowing we needed landscaping needs he looked them up, and emailed them requesting a quote for services. They never replied to his email. Assuming email wasn't the best method of contact I took it upon myself to call them, left a message requesting services.

Description of Work: They do all my yard work - specially mowing, pruning and trimming.
