They let me take carpet samples home and keep them as long as I needed which I appreciate the most. They came, measured and put the carpets. They did a good job. I was really pleased with the price.

The did the tiling in my kitchen and basement. Everything was great; their work was very nice. They were knowledgeable about the work. Northeast stayed within the estimate they gave me. I had a small problem and they didn't call me back. They did come back and rectify the problem, so everything worked out. I probably wouldn't go back with them.

The installer mentioned that there was an area that appeared lighter because of the way the carpet had been folded. We just needed to let it relax and vacuum it a few times and it would look normal. But, it has been 10 months now and the stripe is only a little better. Its not bad enough to have the carpet torn out but it is a bit disappointing. It seems that the piece was so small that it got folded instead of put on a roll... maybe even by the manufacturer. Our next step is to try to steam clean it. Otherwise it is indeed the correct type of carpet to use in the office. Chairs roll on it well and it shows no signs of wear.

The salesperson/estimator appeared to be inexperienced. He scheduled the installation without telling me. I received a call from the installers who were at my front door wanting to be let in while I was at work, but they were very accommodating in rescheduling. The installers were very professional however, they did not secure the carpet very well where it meets the new flooring resulting in a very slight gap. I received a bill for the final payment about two weeks after it had been paid, but a single phone call cleared that up.
