they were great fast and professional

they were prompt, very friendly, and got a huge amount of work done in a single day. I would have given straight A's, but the rhodies weren't pruned correctly (the plants needed remedial pruning and that wasn't done). otherwise, i am really satisfied and will definitely hire them to do that back yard in a month or two. i wish i had taken a "before" picture to show how much was done in a day.

It went well. They ended up removing some bushes that I didn’t want removed. But other than that they did a good job. They were not as thorough in the bed clean out, so I will stick with my existing landscaping company.

Looked very good upon completion. They even arrived and worked in the rain! Only negative was removal of lawn debris was rather expensive ($300).

Two landscapers spend the day at my house cleaning out the weeds, trimming the grass, removing dead plants, and returning the yard to acceptable standards. They hauled away the dead bushes and yard debris (for $50/cu yd) and left the yard it top shape. I would definitely hire again.

Extremely well. Vendor was very responsive and communicated well. Performance exceeded expectations. Crew voluntarily did additional work that was exemplary. Owner came out promptly to plan job and hear my needs. Work was scheduled and then carried out precisely on schedule. Would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat.

The crew showed up right on time, we discussed what needed to be done. They got after it. When I got back from work at the end of the day I was surprised at how much they had been able to do.

Great! My yard has never looked better. They removed all of the debris and finished up without leaving any trace of being here except a beautiful yard.

Carlos' team came out right on time and worked hard all day everyday they were here. They did a great job clearing out the blackberry bushes and limbing the trees as well as planting two new hedges. They were tidy and friendly and we would definitely hire them again. As a matter of fact, we're planning to have them back for a late fall cleanup of downed branches and leaves.

The trimming and clean up was excellent.

Northeast Landscaping, through the expertise of their owner Carlos and his very qualified team of employees, did an excellent job 1) first installing an extensive French drain system in our back yard to address a serious water drainage problem that we've had for years, and then 2) replacing the old yard with beautiful new Oregon sod, complete with a very nice border of rock along our retaining wall. All of his employees are well trained, prompt, responsive and very considerate of any customer questions or concerns. I would highly recommend Northeast for just about any landscaping needs.

The cleanup part went very well and trimming of plants was careful and thorough. Landscape design consultation was non-existent, although promised on the ad. I had to suggest moving a plant from one area to another to fill a blank spot in front. They finished early. And there was an extra $100 charge for debris removal.Their only suggestion was to add a lot of mulch, which they provided and spread at extra cost, to keep the weeds down. Again, they were eager to leave, with extra much leftover, and were no too happy when I asked them to spread it in another part of our property, but they did do it. I would hire them again for yard cleanup, but not for anything relating to design.

After several tries we booked an appointment a month for Sept 13th at 8:30 am. The team arrived early at 8, which was fine. They left by 2:30. -DESIGN CONSULTING: The 1/2 hr of design consulting was simply not provided. -PRUNING: The team went to work and the pruning that they did was done adequately. They did a particularly nice job with an English Laurel (photo) unfortunately didn't do four trees and couple shrubs, even though the trees were a top priority. TRANSPLANTING: two Heavenly Bamboo plants were transplanted and they did a good job. -PLANT REMOVAL: We had 6 oregon grape plants removed and while they removed the bulk of each plant a significant amount of suckers were left (photo). I was able to finish the removal and clean up the areas in about 20 minutes, not a huge deal, but sloppy workmanship. -CLEAN-UP: General clean up was OK, although weeding in the areas we discussed was just not done. We asked that the debris be put on our burn pile. Nope, it was put next to the burn pile. Significant because now it had to be moved again, this time onto the burn pile, just extra work. -OVERALL: Once scheduled they showed up more or less on time. Their work was C minus work with a couple of highlights and too many areas left incomplete, even though they left early. The folks were polite and agreeable. I think giving then greater supervision, much greater supervision would yield better results.
