Description of Work: THE AD DID NOT TELL ME THAT YOU NEEDED A SEPCIAL VALVE ON MY IRRIGATION SYSTEM TO WINTERIZE IT. So when the serviceman arrived he was not prepared to do the work. Had to reschedule which was only a minor inconvenience. However, I had to insist their were 4 zones. Serviceman originally was sure there were only 3 zones.

Description of Work: The 2 person crew showed up right on time. As one crew member aerated the front yard, the second crew member used a blower to clean the sidewalk. When the aerater worked on the back yard, the other fertilized the front yard. When backyard was aerated, then it was fertilized. This crew worked so well together and efficiently. Everything was done in about 15 minutes (and cleaned up). I would definitely use this company again.

Description of Work: Came early in the day while I had planned on 5 pm 2 workers, did not meet the head guy. They said they were told to come early because they had to be in Bellvue later. I had asked for an estimate on thatching, boss not there, never has given me an estimate so I will go elsewhere. Would have been good to be notified because of dogs and I might not have been here to keep them in. I always tell workers I need to be home when they come.
