Description of Work: They came and cleaned up my side yard, taking out sod and weeds and old overgrown plants. That was great, what wasn't was the price they charged me to haul away the yard waste, they told me 4 loads at $120.each =$480

Description of Work: I bought the 16 hour special with 2 landscapers. It wasn't enough time to get the entire job done but they were very accommodating with getting my high priority areas done. The quality of work on the areas they completed was very good. | |The foreman for the job was great. He was very clear about everything and really did a great job on the yard. If we had 2 of him I'd be raving in this review. The second guy was a pylon without the first guy. | |The job had a large amount of waste requiring a "dump" run. While the foreman was out the second guy walked around with the blower doing pretty much nothing. They were still on the clock during the dead time as well. | |The company could clean up that "dump run" idea. You're already charging me extra to dump the yard waste. Stop the clock and take the second guy with you if he's not going to do anything. At least you can hide the fact that the second guy doesn't do much. | |I'd use these guys again but I'd clarify these details before hand.

Description of Work: The team showed up about 15 minutes early and was ready to work. I was able to show them what I wanted done and they accomplished exactly what I wanted.

Description of Work: The crew arrived on time and did a very good job cleaning up my front and back yards, both of which have been seriously neglected for years...weeds, blackberry vines, overgrown shrubs, moss everywhere. If you're thinking of hiring them, make sure to tell them in advance if you want pressure-washing (I didn't, and they had to go back to get the equipment). Also, if they are weeding, make sure you point out every plant that you want to save -- don't assume that they know the difference between a weed and a tulip or daffodil. They made a few mistakes (which might have been avoided if I had communicated more thoroughly with them) and did their best to compensate for them (reduced dumping fee). I had a hard time estimating how much could be accomplished in 40 hours and I was happy that they were able to do more than I expected.

Description of Work: Hard-working. General yard clean-up to include area not serviced in years. Responsive to requests - dug out broken water box and placed new, dug out a giant stump and disposed for me though not included in price.

Description of Work: I first contacted Carlos about a major yard service by e-mail from the website. I did not receive a response, so I left a voicemail message. I received a callback the next day, and scheduled an estimate. Carlos arrived precisely on time. He was very thorough, and gave every impression of knowing what he was talking about. He promised an estimate by the end of the next day. | |The end of the next day came and went, and I sent Carlos another e-mail. When I got no response, I left another voicemail, and then another. Unfortunately, I have not heard from Carlos since. Pity.

Description of Work: North East cleaned up my entire 1/4 acre yard. They trimmed shrubs and overgrown grass, pulled up weeds and overgrown ground cover, and spread gravel in my driveway. Neighbors asked for a referral and all visitors have complimented our yard ever since. No exaggeration!!!

Description of Work: They replaced several sections of fence that had been damaged over time. The did a great job and I'm very pleased at the outcome.

Description of Work: They did a great job cleaning up my yard, driveway, patio, etc. It took two guys eight hours (big yard!) and they worked hard, paid attention to details, were very friendly, and hauled away a LOT of yard debris. (Hauling and disposal was an additional charge, but was reasonable.) I would definitely hire this company again.
