+ -1 moreI won't write a lot, but don't let my brevity be an indicator of my satisfaction. Quite simply, they were great and I even had them come out a second time. What I would recommend, however, is that you confirm that they can complete your project(s) within the specified amount of time so that they don't run out of time and the project is not completed. That happened in my case but it was my fault because I increased the scope of work which they willingly did. I'm referring them to my neighbors as well.

+ -1 moreI purchased 40 hours of landscaping labor as a "Big Deal". and picked start date from choices provided. Owner advised he was gooing to send out 4 workers for a 10 hour day (10 hours to include their transist time not the time they start the work). I suggested he and I meet prior as I thought it was too many people in a confined space and would be inefficent. Owner met and assured me the crew was experienced and knowledgeable and could do a good job in time allowed. Did not complete as assured however, did not come back the next work day as indicated and I had to keep calling to get completion. Final instllation was not up to the standard of the original installation and finish detail lacking. Workers and owner are very pleasant but skill level not adequate for this application

Description of Work: Carlos Morales sent his 4-man crew to perform a total spring cleanup of my landscaped property. They cut, thatched, aerated, moss treated, seeded and fertilized my front and back lawns; machined edged the lawns and shrub/flower beds; fertilized all plants; pruned trees and shrubs; weeded plant beds; raked leaves, debris, and weeds; pressure washed all pavers, driveway, front walk, landscaping rocks, and water fountain; laid fine beauty bark throughout front and back landscaping; and hauled away the debris. They had to climb quite high to trim the tops of some of my neighbors' trees which were overhanging on my property. My yard is a beautiful elevated landscape which means the crew had to climb up and down several times while carrying heavy barrels of debris and bark. In addition, they worked continuously from 07:45 in the morning until about 19:30 in the evening in spite of getting drenched by the 3 or 4 downpours of rain mother nature sent our way on Saturday. I know they took a lunch break of about 30 minutes, but that is the only time they stopped all day. My place looks fabulous again! Working on my property, they applied the same respect and pride as they would if it were their own. I'm very pleased with their work ethic and with the outcome. In fact, I have hired Carlos and his men to perform bi-weekly landscape maintenance for a reasonable fee of $200 + tax monthly. Since I work full-time at a job which requires me to be on call regularly, I know this monthly service will enable me to enjoy my property more and feel less overwhelmed by its upkeep.

Did a lot more than was expected at no charge. they fixed our sprinkler system also with no extra charge which was very nice of him. Carlos was very friendly and honest also is very knowledgeable. I have nothing bad to say. Would definitely recommend them!

+ -1 moreWork has been well done, and of high quality. Carlos also helped out getting rid of a mole infestation last year. Can't say enough. I found them reasonably priced for the work. The only reason I am stopping his services is that I'm moving out of state.
Description of Work: I've used Northeast for a little over 3 years for regular yard maintenance. For $131/mo (year round) they made sure the lawn was cut and trimmed, gardens weeded and cleaned up, bushes trimmed, etc.

Did an amazing job, and will come back 2x per month to maintain the lawn for $140 per month. I'm trying to sell my house, so the price is well worth it to me. Was a great experience from start to finish. Very hard working. We did happen to be home when they came, and they knocked on the door to show me what they did because they wanted me to be happy with the job. I was.
Description of Work: Did a thorough cleaning of my extremely weedy lawn. Cleaned up leaves, weeds, dead annuals from the spring.

+ -1 moreMr. Morales and his crew arrived around 8 a.m. and began work immediately. My husband had to remind them that there was iced tea and water otherwise they would have kept working straight to lunch. We provided their lunch (hamburgers and hot dogs) and they seemed very pleased that we had done that. After about an hour for lunch they all headed back to work and did not stop until they completed their task around 7:00p.m.. It was a pleasure dealing with Mr. Morales and his crew of two. They did they work they were hired to do; did it very well and my husband and I could not be happier. We will definitely be looking to hire Mr. Morales to maintain our yard and keeping it looking beautiful.
Description of Work: Complete yard clean-up, weeding, hauling in and spreading bark, hauling out yard debris to a composting facility.
