They are the best. It is a great program that they setup for me. They are always here rain or shine. I have been a customer with them for about one year now. The workers have been great and they do their job. The owner supervises them and tells them what needs to be done.

They arrived on time (maybe early) and got started even though I wasn't home yet. They charged extra for the size of my lawn which I expected but the extra charge was very reasonable.

They did a great job. Arrived very late due to traffic. We called and found out the situation. They were very thorough on site.

Simple job, we didn't have to be home for it. I liked that I just gave them a couple of dates, they contacted me to say when they will come. They came on that date. I had no interaction with them.

I was really kind of disappointing in the whole thing. They had advertise for 40 hours of landscaping service. I thought over the week 8 hrs for 5 days. The guy that owned the business came out and talked to us. He told us they would be there for the next two days for 10 hrs each. They squeezed the work into 2 days. The crew came out, without the owner, they didn't speak English very well and I didn't understand Spanish. They were pointing at something, and were trying to tell me about any problem. Finally a crew member threw a rock at a pile and bees flew out, so this is just an example of the fact that we were unable to communicate with the people doing the work. We were unable to tell what the problem was. Then we had to pay an extra dumping fee.

It was just a mediocre experience, and I probably wouldn't use the company in the future. One problem was that communication was difficult since the phone number they list for scheduling actually connects to a gentleman working in the field who doesn't speak English very well. Also, I had wanted them to lay some grass seed on the lawn instead of fertilizing it since I already had that done, but they didn't honor this request.

THey did a great job. They were prompt and very polite.

The we're very professional and followed through with everything on my wish list in time frame that I purchased!!! I would highly recommend them and plan on calling again for future needs. Thank you Carlos and company I am one pleased customer!!!!!

They showed up on time and worked hard all day long. When they were finished the yard looked great, and I am now ready for winter.

Carlos came on a Saturday morning and surveyed our yard. He made some good suggestions on how it could be done. We went to our dining room table and discussed options, including a rough drawing. We looked at available materials and discussed price. The crew came out on a Monday morning; even though we were not here when they were working, my neighbor said they were very professional, being careful to not disturb the yard as they were hauling the construction materials over it. I was pleased with the clean up they did and with the job they did.

I was hoping to get the yard work done on the week of 10/11. however the company contacted me and told me that they could not do the work until one week later, which is too late for what I need.

During the request process and payment I suggested a few dates. They contacted me back but I never confirmed that we were good to go for those dates. They did show up on the day I suggested in the electronic form but my failure to confirm and them showing up anyways seems like a miss to me. Additionally, I made it clear to my wife, who was there, that they should inspect the system...she said that they said they did meanwhile I know they missed portions or they would have commented on a few issues. Frankly, I think this service was a fail.

Carlos came 1 hour late and did not call to let me know. With that being said, he did do the job quickly and carefully. He cleaned up the yard before leaving. I would use him again.

There was some miscommunication involved, but in the end, they did everything I wanted. I purchased one Big Deal and they did two because they went to the wrong address and they did it at a different time and so they ended up doing one house for free and then my mother's house was the contracted house and they did it the same day. The work was really excellent, but the communication was poor.

It went well, but it would have been better if the workers knew English. I tried talking to them but they did not understand me. The e-mails from Carlos were OK, but I did not get an estimate for some other services I possibly would order for the future. I think it was lack of understanding the English language.

The job was scheduled for 1:00 o'clock. They hadn't shown up by 1:30 so I called, got voice mail and left a message asking to be updated. No response. At 2:00 o'clock I left because I had something else I needed to do. When I came back at 3:30 the job had been done and a business card left at my door. If you're going to be late, just let people know so they can figure out what's going on and plan accordingly. They did a good job but leaving me in the dark was frustrating.

They arrived when they said they would. Completed the job in a timely manner. Would use again.

Fine, Work was performed on the date and time scheduled and the work was performed as promised. I would use their services again.

Overall, everything was great, and I would use them again. Bought this service through an Angie's List deal. Gave them possible dates/times online and the constraints of our lawn setup (we're on a hillside), they replied quickly with a proposal, and I confirmed the date/time online. So much faster and convenient than many others where you're giving all your particulars over the phone to someone who is just putting the info into a computer. Their two guys showed up ahead of schedule and went straight to work. Neither seemed to speak great English, but no problem to confirm what needed to be done and where they needed to avoid in-ground sprinklers. Our house is on the side of a hill, so the lawn is spread over three levels, and the guys hauled the aeration machine up and down stairs without complaint or issue to do the work. After the aeration, they spread fertilizer (they provided) and spread grass seed (I provided) and took care to hit all corners of the lawn with each. After that, they took out a blower to clean up the hard surfaces from debris. All told, it took less than an hour. Only thing I would have liked from these guys is some review or assessment of the plugs they pulled out of the ground to see what I could do to improve our soil quality and grass in the future.

They arrived a little earlier than expected, but that was fine. They work non-stop for the 40 hour worth of labor with a Deal we hot from Angie's list. We have a medium size front yard and a big back yard with a steep hill. Removed all overgrown invasive plants we haven't done in years. Trimmed bushes, and weeded front yard. It looked great at the end. We didn't have a landscaping plan yet for our garde, we just wanted to be clean, and we were very satisfied with the en result.

Four men showed up for 10 hours shifts and they worked the entire day. They weeded my beds, weed wacked and hauled off the yard waster. Overall, I was a little disappointed with the work. I would have been happy if they had dug up the roots of the weeds and grass that were in the beds. But they focused more on weed wacking and just pulling at ground level (as most of what was done has now grown back so I'll either had to pay to have it done again or do it myself). Even though I requested that I wanted each of the beds they worked on cleaned by having the weeds and grass dug up so they were thoroughly weeded, they concentrated on getting through more of the beds without digging in deeply. And they volunteered to haul the yard waste away at cost which was nice--and was charged an additional $300 for 12 cubic yards (25/yd). When I later contacted them to send me a receipt (as this had not been provided when I paid the day the work was done) they sent me a receipt for 15 cubic yards at 20/yard (20/yd was what I which was the amount I believed it was to cost, not 25) . This left me believing that I had been overcharged $60. for 3 additional cubic yards.

Carlos is knowledgeable about landscaping, particularilary trees, and how to involve the homeowner in choosing what to do. He suggests, but doesn't push his opinion. In trimming back a tree in front of the house I showed Carlos how much I wanted to cut back the tree; Carlos suggested I back off a bit and let him cut it back to be sure I wouldn't regret my choice. In the end we both agreed my choice was a good choice, but he made it a safe choice by insisting we go at it incrementally. He will definitely get my next landscaping job.

His guys came that next Monday, and they worked on Memorial Day which was impressive. Four or five guys showed up and started working and they worked so hard and they did a wonderful job. I can't believe the difference in our yard. It is INCREDIBLE!!! I was so embarrassed by it and now I want people to see it and I want to sit outside on the porch and look at it. I would not only use them again but would recommend them 100% to anyone who asks.
