Nice Moves was great to work with. I picked them because of their good reviews, and I was not disappointed. I was super worried about getting movers who would be a problem to work with like so many stories I have heard. Nice Moves were fantastic. They are the kind of honest company you always hope to get. Scott is responsive and attentive, and his staff are very nice and conscientious. The process worked perfectly, nothing was lost or broken, everything showed up as expected. I would use them again in a heartbeat and recommend them wholeheartedly.

Both of the movers acted professionally by being on time, courteous, and careful with moving our belongings. Plus, they were extremely patient. There was so much road work being done and numerous obstacles to avoid on our route from Seattle to Mercer Island. Based on excellent service I will hire Nice Moves again and recommend this company to my friends!

We hired Nice Moves to assist us with moving from a rental house back into our remodeled home. Prior to hiring them, Scott (the owner) came out to our house to see what we needed so that he could provide an accurate estimate. He was on time and professional. He clearly explained the various options available for our move, including number of movers and trucks as well as insurance options. He never pushed to close the sale, but merely provided information. On the day of the move, Scott and his crew arrived right on time. They began working right away - we were still packing and had to speed up to keep pace with them. All the movers were incredibly professional and knowledgeable about the best way to carry items or pack boxes. They were also all kind and friendly. The move-in to the new house was just as smooth as the move-out of the rental house. In the end, Nice Moves finished our move several hours earlier than Scott anticipated, and for considerably less than the estimate. They were professional throughout the entire experience. If I need to move in the future, I will absolutely hire them again, and will recommend them to anyone I know who is moving.

Prompt, professional nothing broken

To be clear I did not utilize packing services so this was just a lift and shift of all my belongings. Guys were great and friendly. Most importantly nothing was damaged that I couldn't trace back to bad packing on my part (and it was only a few cheap plates anyway). We filled a 16 ft truck with stuff from my 677 sqft apartment.

On July 5, I emailed Nice Moves requesting a quote. I received a phone call, asking for more information. I emailed a room by room inventory of all the things that had to be moved. When I didn't get a reply by Monday, July 9, I called and left a request, with a number where I could be reach, on their voice mail. I have heard nothing. I'm very disappointed, to put it mildly. Since I got multiple quotes, I've hired a different company.

The trip was short, but 3 guys did the whole job well inside a day, and inside the quote. The whole process went really well, the guys did a great job, and the price was fair. Very happy with Nice Moves.

Very well. My townhome is multi-story and my furniture was big, heavy and awkward. They arrived early, quickly conducted the moves. There was no damage to anything.

Both movers were excellent. They were fast and efficient. They handled the big bulky heavy things with ease. They didn't just throw muscle into it.

During quoting process, office was very responsive. Movers were great and they were running a couple minutes late due to traffic and we received a phone call letting us know. Once the movers were onsite, they did a great job moving furniture for about 2 hours.

The team was punctual and professional. When they arrived, they were down a person, but the team didn't let that slow them down. Each member of the crew stepped it up so that I wouldn't be stuck paying for extra hours because a coworker called in sick. I have to say, this team really busted their hynies and made this move seamless. In the end, nothing was broken or lost. They really got the job done well.
