New Home Solutions is a Design+build firm and since we were unsure of the choices we needed to make for our kitchen remodel, we engaged New Home Solutions' design services. Marybeth was handling the design aspects and she did an excellent job with her recommendations. She helped us pick out our counter-tops, our back-splash tile, figure out our cabinet layout. She also worked with multiple vendors to give us an detailed breakdown of the estimates. She was responsive on email and made multiple store/home visits to ensure she understood and translated our needs to the estimate. Unfortunately due to vacation timing, we couldn't proceed with New Home Solutions' Build eventhough we were happy with the designs and the final estimate. Would totally recommend Marybeth's services.

I enlisted Marybeth for a full remodel of my studio condominium. She and her crew completed the job on time and on budget. There were a few hiccups along the way, as there are bound to be in any project of this scope in a fairly low-quality building. Frankly, these served mostly to convince me of Marybeth's integrity and determination to see me satisfied. She went the extra mile, even eating the cost of repairing a mysterious malfunction with a radiant heating system. The result: I am thrilled with the way the project turned out and wholeheartedly recommend New Home Solutions!

I worked with NHS on a bathroom remodeling. What I appreciated the most about NHS is that Marybeth listened well, was patient; and didn't jump into conclusion that I was clueless or she already knew what I needed. She also took the feedback well - the tiler did a good job but didn't clean up thoroughly that the grout residual wasn't complete wiped off and got stuck on the shower walls after it dried. I told Marybeth that I'd just deal with it, but she said no and sent the tiler back to fix it so he'd not make the same mistake again. I previously had contractors who got mad at me for complaining so I appreciated how NHS took my feedback well

New Home Solutions completely remodeled my entire house from top to bottom and I LOVE THE RESULTS. We gutted the kitchen, tore out walls (their advice), got all of the electricity up to code, finished the garage, built a new deck, painted, carpeted, replaced every old, tired thing that could move. They were design consultants, expert construction and finishing professionals and helped me save money if I was to try to go and source the materials on my own.
