Description of Work: While trouble shooting my computer CLEAR managed to lock it in safe mode. Network Support Group was able to undo all the damage done by the CLEAR network. The laptop was returned back to me in so much better shape. I will use Network Support Group for any and all problems I have with my computers. But will not be using CLEAR ever again.
