I would never hire this company again. I live in a one bedroom apartment and I only had them move half of my belongings and the big stuff included my bed a little four chair, dining room table a small freezer in my TV. Everything else was boxes . My estimate for this move was four hours. Which I had just previously moved to this address three months back and had the same stuff moved, which was a four hour move. Once they got to my home, this chick named payola who has a bad attitude and a smart mouth told me that it was a six hour move and basically threatened to not move me if I did not agree to the six hours. I had no choice but to pay. However the driver showed up 40 minutes late of their own doing making a wrong exit. They were able to complete my move in 3.5 hours and they still charge me for the six hours no offense to the movers because they were awesome. But that lady who sits behind the phone needs to be chin checked. Do not use these movers. I will never work with them again. Nor would I refer them to anybody.

Andy's crew did a great job! Fun bunch of guys. They moved a 3 bedroom household from two 10x20 storage units to our new home. They were careful and timely. I definitely recommend them!

Even though the movers did a good job, the total cost was over $300 more than the estimate I was given. The first person who booked my move was asking what other movers I contacted were estimating. The movers seemed unimpressed with my tip, but I am very poor and that is all I could afford. So basically I felt scammed, gouged, and the move was negatively impacted by greed and an overestimation of hours it actually took to do the move and travel. Travel should be based on miles, not time, due to traffic. The last time I moved the total cost was less than the estimate with another company. They were also very grateful with my tip.

The move was flawless and the and with very personable movers. The movers would carefully pad all furniture so everything was as it was on the other end. They made the move faster than quoted and I saved $200. So happy that I chose Neighbors to help me on my move.

They were great with my last minute move that I had to reschedule at the last minute because our home purchase did not follow the planned timeline.

Everything went great until a fragile box was dropped and broke a family heirloom. Learned my lesson. Carry my most valued pieces myself.

On time efficient

I hired Neighbors Moving because I knew they were experienced piano movers, and I needed a 400lb glass aquarium moved. They showed up on time, had more than enough people to safely complete the job, were very professional and friendly, and were so soooo careful. They were very kind to me and completely put my fears to rest (I was so scared someone would get hurt, or the tank would slip out of their hands, or who knows?) But these guys really knew what they were doing. They had a 2 hour minimum, and my actual move only took about a half hour, and so they were also willing to move some very heavy bags of soil into the backyard for me (took them about 10 minutes, but it would have taken me days to do!) So if you have a quick job, think of other heavy things that you could have them move while they are there - they are more than willing and very helpful people. I can't say enough good things about them - I highly recommend this company.

They were GREAT until a large piece of canvas and wood artwork was left on the truck by accident and they delivered it the next day when I was at work and left it outside in a cardboard box and paper jup against my garage and did not tell me they had dropped it off.

This company and its workers go above and beyond the call of duty! This experience was exceptional. Andy and his team were helpful, skilled, easy to work with, on-task, and prompt. The truck was clean, and they work fast - so be ready!!! I am so happy with their service. All of my things were well cared for and carefully packed and delivered. I was caught off guard on a few things and it really threw me off since I was still packing when they arrived. The only things I didnâ t like were that even though I knew the charges started when they begin driving from their office I wasnâ t clear about what time they left. Also, there was a LOT of paperwork to be read over and signed once they got there. And Iâ d already signed the paperwork online. Redundant. I also wasnâ t prepared for the follow up phone calls from HQ, but itâ s okay, now that the stress of the move is over. I voiced my opinions about the start time and about the paperwork. They heard all my complaints, apologized and accommodated me. In the end, I appreciate their thorough communication. Perhaps that is why they do such good business. I would rate a 4.75 if I could, just for the things I mentioned, but they were pretty close to perfect. Should I have another move, I would definitely hire them again. And maybe even give them some homemade cookies. Super nice to work with!!!

The final price ended up being double their estimate. There was damage to two expensive items, a couch, and a fridge. Estimates for repairs of the damage were ~$1000. They offered $150 for repairs. The worst part of it was how little their people/ customer service seemed to care. The movers themselves were great. They worked hard and were courteous. I did not even mind the damage as I assumed that the company would make us whole and fix our stuff. This made the lack of caring from the administrative side all the more painful and obvious.

The crew that did the move were the hardest working people Iâ ve met!
