Jerry was originally planning to inspect the level of effort for the plumbing job, and then come back later in the week to perform the repair. With consideration to my own schedule, Jerry determined that he would be able to fit the job into his schedule at the time of the estimate, which to me was above & beyond my expectations. Jerry did a great job of informing me of what needed to take place, provide the estimate, and complete the job in under 90 minutes. I am very happy with the end result and impressed with Jerry's service and professionalism.

Jerry is super committed to his craft and thinks of every possible detail when doing his work. He works efficiently and professionally, and will communicate to you all things you should consider when working on your plumbing (including cost saving tips). He's definitely a plumbing expert and sometimes it's hard to understand all of the terminology he uses, but he provides great work at an affordable price and I would highly recommend working with him.

Jerry arrived right on time after giving me the courtesy call that he promised. He worked quickly and efficiently and the work looks to be top quality. The price was competitive and he was more than happy to answer all of my questions, even some that were related to plumbing in general and not to the work he'd just completed. I will definitely give him a call again if I have plumbing needs in the future.

Mr. Simmons doesn't typically work in my area (Bellevue). Nevertheless he spent over an hour talking with me, getting information about my job so he could give quote, telling me for different things to watch out for if I hired someone else, telling me about different options that would meet my needs.

The work was performed correctly and no problems have been found since completion. Mr. Simmons is polite and took care to make sure I understood the task and possible options.

Great - Mr. Simmons helped us even during the process of developing a quote, helping us plan the process to get everything to come together. His work was efficient and thorough and everything works and looks great!

I had him evaluate what we needed done. He came up with several options, and they helped us save some money. His bid was significantly lower than any one Else's. Once he got started the job he worked hard and efficiently. He is a good communicator and able to use my input. The end result came out better than expected, and we spent less money.

I would give him an A grade. He is a nice personable guy and he is very knowledgeable. He gives me a lot of options in terms of the situation and tells me what he thinks is the best solution. If I want it a different way he will do whatever I want so long as it is according to code.

Simmons was fantastic! They were reasonable and helpful and I was very comfortable with them working in my home. They were punctual and worked hard. The price was very reasonable as well.

This work was done in conjunction with a remodel job and was co-ordinated by the contractor requiring two visits. All went very smoothly and Mr. Simmons appeared when we were ready for him. He was efficient, friendly and helpful.
