Scott came in to check my diningroom light fixture which had begun blinking on and off and I was worried that it had a short in it. He checked the fixture for the suspected short and found there wasn't one. He replaced the light bulb and left without charging me anything. The fixture with the new lightbulb in it is working just fine now. Thanks to Scott and his wonderful work in checking everything out before coming to the proper conclusion. Love him! When I need electrical work, I will definitely call Mr. Electric!!!!

Great experience. The tech came out the next day. Was very courteous and knowledgeable. I am very happy with their services and will call them again for the next electrical project we have.

The technician was excellent! He was polite, well mannered and efficient. He was able to come earlier and once at the house it took only minutes to find the problem and repair it. Will use this company again.

The tech arrived on the dot and was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I explained my problem and he chased it down, eventually showing me that a source that I had hoped to use was not even live. He then suggested alternatives, which gave me other routes to take. Although this stopped me agonizing over a connection that would never have worked and suggested alternatives, I thought that the standard charge was rather excessive.

When I explained to Dylan what the problem was , his statement was I will find it. He spent two hours checking every outlet upstairs and conferring with another electrician. He did find it. He was very polite and put everything back where he found it. I hope all the other people who work with him are as polite and determined.

Watch for the I have to get with my manager on pricing.

They were awesome. Rick and Jatham were my technicians. They did a very professional job - worked hard and completed the job as promised. Chris the electrician was great and clearly explained everything that needed to be done to add a 240V receptacle in my garage. Mr. Electric was also the first to come out and provide a written bid - some of the other matched companies didn t even bother bidding.

Chris did a great job fixing what needed to be done. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. He performed the tasks I wanted accomplished in a very timely manner. He was on time and went right to work. The pricing was much higher than what the work entailed, but his performance was great.

Communicating with the team and scheduling for someone to come over was really easy and efficient. The technician that came over was really professional and great. However he was very confused about out project and kept changing his quote every time. That was a little disappointing. He also gave us a quote that was not reasonable at all compared to some other quotes we were getting from companies.

Although there was a misunderstanding regarding our original appointment all was made up today when Chris showed up exactly on time. He was extremely cordial and performed what I needed in a very reasonable amount of time - even let me observe. Looking st my fuse box he offered suggestions, without pressure. This house was built in 1911 and I have no idea when the electric was upgraded. I moved here 20 years ago. Chris pointed out a few things that I should consider to keep the house safe with NO pressure. I appreciated his honesty, good work and not pressuring me into work that can wait a while I m a single woman who has had a hell of a time finding good , honest hired help.
