Description of Work: Cleaned carpet in several rooms. Carpet is worn and was pretty dirty. Some spots reoccurred next day, and they came right out and successfully retreated the spots.

Description of Work: Daniel was professional, did all the moving, made sure I understood what was included, and my rug, though it hadn't been cleaned in several years, looked great, even in the high traffic areas. Never could do this with a rent-it-yourself cleaner. Will probably have him come out ever 9 months to 1 year to maintain it.

+ 0 moreAbsolutely flawless. There is nothing to complain about. Daniel showed up right when he said he would. He called when he was on his way. He did the job perfectly. There is nothing he could have improved upon.
Description of Work: I absolutely love this carpet cleaning company. It is the only one in the Seattle area that I will ever call. I first used Monarch when I was an apartment manager. I was always AMAZED at how clean Daniel could get the carpets. I would think the carpet would need to be replaced, but after having Daniel from Monarch there, it would look fantastic. Now that I own my own home, we have had Monarch out a few times. Every time, I am impressed. This latest trip, he was able to remove an entire glass of red wine from my beige couch and it looks good as new. He also cleaned my living room rug and a chair. I know there are cheaper companies out there, but I am absolutely sure they will not do as good a job as Daniel. When I started managing the apartment building, I tried other cheaper companies and not one of them got the rugs even as close to as clean as Monarch does. Some of the companies showed up with a wheel-around unit (much like a "rug doctor" you can rent from the grocery store). Monarch uses a huge truck-mounted machine. The combination of that, and Daniel's knowledge, make Monarch the very best in my opinion.

+ 0 moreMonarch Cleaning Services is the best!! Althought I was outside of their service area, Daniel made a special trip to So. King County to clean my rug. I was so impressed by how he dealt with a pricing issue with my dad that I wanted to give him my business as well. I'd used Monarch eight years ago before I moved out of Seattle and am delighted to use them again. The rugs and upholstery look great!! PS- I really appreciated the follow-up all the next day to see how I liked the service. That's great customer service!
Description of Work: Daniel cleaned about 1000 sq ft. of rugs, stairs, a love seat and dining room and dinette chairs.

+ -1 moreThis is the second time I've used Monarch and they did a fantastic job. The carpet looks almost new again and it is 16 years old. They removed the doggie accident stains so you can't even tell where they were. They arrived promptly, did the job very efficiently and left everything in order. Very cheerful and courteous service
