Found no mold but service was great!

Excellent, fast quality service.

They showed up on time, were courteous and knowledgeable.

Took longer than they said to get test results. Disappointed they just did air quality tests and no visual inspection of our house.

Not happy with their recommendation for a remedial vendor.

Mold testing was thorough but do not let them sell you on their remediation do-it-yourself kit without knowing exactly what you are paying for. The kit is non-refundable and sold by a separate company. They do not tell you that. They transfer you to who you think is another employee to advise about remediation and they are actually transferring you to a completely different company. I was very disappointed when I learned all that. That company does not send out an itemized list of what you paid for unless you ask for it. It has been four days and after spending close to two thousand dollars I have yet to know what I bought.

This company is very expensive but I was happy with the detailed report that I got. They charged me $100 for a mold alarm but did not send me any instructions and will not tell me how to use it over the phone. So that was a huge waste of money. Phillipe collected the swabs and was pretty amazing. I appreciated him taking the time to show me some of his concerns. They charge $400 for two air samples and two swabs. Very expensive. The person who called me to go over my report was amazing. She was very helpful and provided me with additional resources. If you have concerns related to toxic mold or are pursuing a lawsuit then I would recommend them but they are the most expensive

Good examination with recommendations

Very affordable and they seemed to do a thorough job. The communications I received were a bit disjointed but I would still hire them again in a heartbeat.

Right on time very professional and affoardable.

The inspector was reluctant to go into the crawlspace and didn't find the water that was found by someone else.

This was a great company. Friendly and on time. They cared!!. Only thing is if u test positive. The guy i spoke with will not take No for an answer on trying to sell products. He just wont.

I don't have any way to value the work. The tester seemed to know what he was doing however, in order to get results, had to pay substantially more money for further testing, Was told results would be back within 7 to 10 days. Still don't have results and it has been 14 days- can't get anyone to respond to email- can't leave a message on telephone as boxes are full. A totally frustrating experience. .

We were told the fee was $299 for air quality testing, then when they arrive we are told that is only for one floor of the house and it will be an additional $70 to get another floor tested. NO TRUTH IN ADVERTISING HERE.
