the process went well. We got into the schedule when the estimator came our and chose our decking at that time as well. The estimator brought samples of different grades of decking so we could make a decision and showed us a bunch of different pictures on the iPad so we could see what it would look like completely built. The attention to detail was excellent. Since we went with the composite decking they had hidden screws so they didn't show and the deck looks super clean. THANKS GUYS!

The sales rep was very friendly and all, but I found him a little over powering. I think they were more commercial than home sales.

The guy who showed up--very nice and all--sketched a picture after taking measurements. No 'design' was delivered.

4 weeks ago my wife and myself contracted with Modernized Exteriors to do the siding on our home. We chose to go with a James Hardie Fiber board as that is what they recommended and after looking online it seems it holds up great in the rainy winters we have here. Two weeks after signing the contract the crew began tearing the old siding off our house and prepping for the new fiber cement boards. Not only was the siding workers extremely respectful, they were on time and extremely hard workers. the Project took about 2 1/2 weeks to complete and it looks like we have a brand new home! Thank you Modernized Exteriors for all the hard work!

Never happened. Representative showed up at home. Had no tools or equipment to accommodate the inspection that was described and purchased. Only focus was to encourage me to buy a New Roof.

Initially, it was very difficult to get an appointment with them. About twelve days after I purchased the deal, they finally came out to render the service. During all of my interactions with both the owner and the company representative, instead of being focused on doing the service that I purchased, they constantly pressured me to get a whole new roof. When they arrived to perform the inspection, they didn't arrive with any ladders or any other equipment that would assist in getting up onto the roof and fulfilling the job, instead they brought shingle samples and continued to try and sell me a new roof. I was not impressed with this company, and as a result, I will not be recommending them.

I knew we were having a problem with the chimneys but Clinton did not mention them.

Money was paid and no service given

I set up an appointment, I explained to him extensively what I needed done (replacement of roof) The person they sent did not have any supplies to do an inspection with him. I then explained what I needed again to the person sent out and his reply back to me was, "Well, we don't do repairs, we only do replacements." When I asked if he could refer someone, he suggested I look for a handymen on craigslist. I am not please with this company.

Amazingly well. They were prompt, responsive, honest, and hard-working. Their work was super professional and they clearly cared about quality and customer service at every step. Even on days when they had just one guy working on demolition, that individual worked super hard with only a few breaks. The weather was terrible during the period they were building the deck, but they were there every day, no matter how cold, windy, or rainy. It was especially great that, once they started on our project, they were basically there every day until it was finished. And not just for a few hours, but for the whole day. Kevin -- who was the supervisor on the project, was super professional and reliable. His communication was excellent and his craftsmanship was top notch. We've had lots of contractors work on various projects on our home, and none of them have delivered as high quality service and results as these guys did. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to hire them again, or recommend them to a close friend.

Daryl the lead installer was wonderful. I was out of town and my wife was the only one home during a week long install process. Daryl was professional, accommodating, respectful of our home, and did a great job installing all 20 windows. We will look to have Modernize Exteriors do future work for us.

It all started with a mailer I recieved. They had an offer to buy 5 windows and get a patio for free. I had the perfect amount of work to do so it worked out great for me. The company did ask me no less that a half dozen times to write them a review, which I promised I would. Thumbs up!

They did a good job for me. The price was higher than other bids I had but not by much and I felt most confident with this company.

Replaced the siding on my entire home with a James Hardie product. This company was much more professional than the other companies we spoke with because they came out and educated us on the process and the materials. Their customer service was great. We were kept updated through the entire process and the final product is clean and tidy. We are pleased with the final product.

terrible. the provider took a significant amount of deposit and schedule a work start date, only to become non-responsive when the date already passed and no work was started. then, the provider would not take down the existing siding saying that was never discussed. being a homeowner and not having to deal with contractors much, i don't have much experience in how to respond properly and felt like i was being pushed around since he had my deposit. the project took more than double the discussed/quoted time frame, and his subcontractor did a horrible job cleaning up the site afterwards. i had to pay someone else extra to clean up. I would recommend against anyone to use them, except the employees of the provider--just so they can suffer and know what it's like on the other end of the stick. The whole experience felt like dealing with used-car salespeople.

Everything went very well. The 2 men sent for the install were very courteous and worked well together. They solved a few issues that arose with removing the old door.(which had been there since 1960 something!) No complaining. They needed to contact the owner regarding a minor glitch with the install and everything went very well after. I did not get the screen door installed the same day as there was some part missing, but I was fine with that as it was still cold outside. The owner called and was apologetic and put the wheels in motion to get the screen door functional. Within a week or two the manufacturer sent someone out to take care of this and I loved and still love this new patio door. Customer service was outstanding and problems dealt with promptly. A plus!

The company under promised and over delivered completed on time and the finished product looks great. excited to get it painted this spring and be ready for some fun in the sun !!!!

My wife and I hired this contractor to construct us a new composite decking system on our mid century modern home. we updated the siding and the next step was the deck to finish off the look. We were definitely open to suggestions as they were the professionals and they definitely came up with a great layout for the stairs to maximize our backyard space. Because the deck was over 3 ft off the ground it required city permits and city inspections which Modernized Exteriors took care of. We first spoke with this company and got into their schedule back in early October and it was because of the permits that It took so long to get started. Other than waiting on the permits the company did a amazing job! The crew were on time and extremely professional and they did everything they could to accommodate for our two small dogs. I don't think this company was the cheapest company out there although we had all the faith in the world that they would do the project right especially considering such a large investment.

the time had been long overdue for our siding to be replaced. We researched the best siding and found there are a couple different companies that make a fiber cement type siding. We really appreciated the promptness and professionalism of this company they came out the next day after we contacted them and got us a price on the spot by the amount of sq footage of siding that we had We go into their schedule then and they were about 3 weeks booked out before they could start. they showed up on time and got the job done ahead of schedule the attention to detail was great and the house looks brand new!

Company did excellent work from the initial contact until completion. Responsive, respectful, professional. Job done quickly, on time, and with excellent quality. Easily would use this company again.

Work was started quickly after placing order. The onsite work ended up taking approximately 4 weeks. There were many days during this 4 week time frame that they were no onsite. In some cases I was told they were waiting for materials to arrive and in other cases I was told the installers were needed on other projects they had going at the time. I was not in rush so this wasn't a problem for me at the time. When work was concluded I did an inspection with the onsite foreman and noted several punch list items that needed to be completed. Some of the items required caps to be installed that I was told would require time to order the parts needed. A month later after no one came to complete the punch list items and I had received no follow up calls as to when they would be back out I contact the principal of the company and he apologized and said he would have the onsite foreman call me immediately. I received his call, reminded him of the punch list items that still needed to be completed and he said he would be out immediately to take care of them. A month later still no word from them. I called the principal again and he had one of his "Best" foreman's come out to my home to go over with me the work that still needed to be completed. I was told that the punch list items I identified could not be completed because this was how the completed finished product looks. The black aluminum railings constantly made a metal clanking noise when people would walk on the deck and some of the railing posts had silver drill marks where holes were started but not completed and I was they had nothing to cover up these marks. I was very disappointed with there follow up and for this reason I would not use this company again.

This company completed our siding project with flying colors. once the home was sided halfway we were so pleased with how the look of our house was changing so much that we decided then we needed to do the deck as well since we knew that Modern Exteriors does that as well. During the process of the siding the estimator came back out and showed us different decking samples and came up with a great new idea on how to configure the deck differently to maximize our back yard space. We went with the Fiberon Ipe product because we fell in love with the color and the price point was thousands less than the premium Timbertech product they offered as well. We could not believe it when we found out that the deck and the siding were going to be completed within days of each other even after adding on and additional large project. THIS COMPANY MADE ME FEEL LIKE ONE OF THE FAMILY. WE ARE SO HAPPY WITH THE WORK THEY DID FOR US THAT WE ADDED THEM TO OUR X MAS CARD LIST ;)

6 lifetime vinyl windows installed to industry standards I am a real estate agent for trade and I know homes. I am giving this companys phone number to my last couple home buyers for all their exterior needs. being a real estate agent I have studied the process of home values and updates on homes and I can truly say that this company does it right. They can be slightly more expensive then other companies but if you want a proper install on your projects this is hands down the right choice for you.

This company won our business for windows and we couldn't be more pleased we had two bids and the other contractor who came out was lower in price but we knew better than to go with the cheapest bid. We truly got what we paid for and the windows have made a huge difference in energy efficiency in our home right away. not only that the home looks much better on the outside of the home and the inside. They are still fairly new and the first couple times I drove right past my house because it looked so much better! 5 stars
