I have in depth knowledge of the area's best neighborhoods – from the city to the suburbs to the islands. Growing up on North Capitol Hill, the neighborhoods south of the Ship Canal, were my backyard. My summers were spent on Whidbey Island and I worked at my Dad's orthodontic office in Bellevue and later Queen Anne. I ventured north of the Montlake Cut to attend the UW, owned homes in the Bryant Assumption and Maple Leaf neighborhoods. My husband and I now live in the Picnic Point neighborhood, 25 miles north of Seattle, where our children grew up and attended Mukilteo Schools. Living in so many unique communities gives me a broad perspective and appreciation of the benefits each neighborhood in the Puget Sound region has to offer. My focus as a full service real estate professional is to provide excellent customer service for my clients...which means always putting my clients first. This philosophy has always been my approach-learned very early in my career from two companies, Nordstrom & Four Seasons Hotels- and it is essential for ensuring successful, stress-free real estate transactions. She sold two houses for me and she helped me find my current home. I walked into one of her open houses and interviewed her on the spot. Mary Kay is professional and highly recommend her. It is not a dictatorship she never pressured us at all. She provides great advice on what would actually sell the house. She is a real estate agent with character and integrity. She is still helping us currently with our current house. She killed it and she is calm, cool, and collective. She never went over our budget which we appreciated. She is pretty awesome!
