Mike tuned our piano to perfection. He was personable and didn't try to oversell his services. I'll call him back every year or two to have our piano tuned again.

It was a great experience. I called on Monday, and they got back to me right away and the piano was tuned Tuesday. Mike's assistant, Helen was pleasant, and Mike definitely knew alot about my piano, which is a rare make. I was happy and will use them again.

He gave me an Angie's List discount. He charged me $100 and then gave me the discount, but I had to ask for it. It took about an hour for the tuning. He did a very good job on my piano. I told him I was interested in selling my piano and he gave me some leads. I didn't use one of his leads, but the person that bought the piano knew him. He has a good reputation in the community.

Mike is a very nice guy. He's blind so he has an assistant that comes with him to help but Mike does pretty much all of the work himself. He's very thorough in his work and he gets the job done well. He's also very professional and I really like him.

My piano had not been tuned in quite awhile. Mike was patient & thorough. The piano sounds great. It is a Baldwin Acrosonic spinet that is over 45 years old. Thanks to Mike for his careful attention! Thanks to Angie's List & Mike for the coupon savings!

I was pleased with the work overall. Only recommendation I'd make was that Mike explain about his helper who comes with him. This helper was not a very sociable person at all. She was an overweight, grouchy, black woman who was not very pleasant to deal with. She seemed put out/mad about everything that day at my house. It was perhaps not his normal helper? Finally, I always feel at bit weird about strange trades people, that I have never worked with before, using my bathroom. This woman just went in, used mine with out even asking me! Then after the tuning, Mike wanted to use the bathroom himself. At least he asked me first! Maybe it is petty, but I find this not very professional.

The appointment was made and kept for my piano to be tuned. We paid the price that we agreed upon and the piano sounds great. It was a straightforward and clean experience. What else could be said?

Mike was on time and did a fantastic job bringing our piano from ear piercing to ear pleasing.

Mike and his assistant arrived with punctuality and Mike went right to work. The piano had not been tuned in several years (it was hand-me-down Acrosonic) and had been recently moved 40 miles to its new home in our basement. Mike not only tuned the piano, but raised the pitch and replaced a broken string. He worked non-stop for roughly 2-1/2 hours. Now our piano actually sounds like it should. We will definitely use Mike for all future tunings and recommend his service to everyone we know.

Mike arrived promptly with his assistant. He got right down to business and tuned my piano within the hour. He was personable and patient. He could tune even with my two children in the room! He gave me some advice on maintaining the health of my instrument, and my piano sounds great!

Mike was great. Did a good job, and even was able to give me insight into an old flaw in this series of piano (an inferior pad material on some of the hammers). I will use Mike again.

We called Mike based on his positive feedback on Angie's List and he made room for us in his schedule the very next day when I mentioned it would be most convenient for us to have the service performed when we didn't have to miss work. Mike and Angela were both very pleasant and interested in the story of our piano as well as who played within our household. We are extremely satisfied with Mike's service today and will be adding a reminder to our calendar to call him this time next year for an annual tuning visit.

I called on a Tuesday and Mike was able to come on that Friday, the day I requested. Mike arrived with his assistant Helen (Mike is legally blind) at 9:00 am, the appt time, and quickly went to work tuning my piano. He did a fine job tuning it since it hadn't been tuned in a year and a half, and nothing else was needed. Both he and Helen were courteous and professional and friendly - I will use Mike's service again.

He came out within 48 hours of my call, took the whole thing apart, tuned it, and did a great job!

My piano had not been tuned for a number of years. Mike showed up right on time, it took one hour for him to make my piano sing. I was very satisfied.

I called Mike and he was able to come out in the early evening a couple of days later, accommodating my schedule since I'm at work during the day. He told me it usually cost around $100 but could be more depending on the job. He tuned the piano which was quite out-of-tune. He also explained that he could roughen the hammers which were quite hard to give the piano a better sound and then he did that. The piano sounded much better when he was done and he charged $100, though I had been expecting him to charge extra because it was so out-of-tune and took longer than usual tuning. The next day I noticed a buzz from one of the keys and called him. He came back a few days later and took care of the buzz and didn't charge me anything. I'd definitely use his services again.

QUITE FASCINATING TO WATCH A BLIND MAN TUNE A PIANO. IT WAS BEAUTIFUL TO WATCH HIM WORK. FANTASTIC JOB! SUPERB! MY PIANO SOUNDS BETTER THAN IT HAS IN A LONG TIME.

BLIND MIKE IS VERY PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONAL. HE IS DRIVEN BY HIS EQUALLY PLEASANT ASSISTANT WHO STAYS DURING THE PIANO TUNING. I HAVE AN ANTIQUE PIANO WHICH IS DIFFICULT TO TUNE. HE ALWAYS DOES AN EXCELLENT JOB. I HAVE USED HIM SEVERAL TIMES.

I MET MIKE NEARLY 25 YEARS AGO AND HE HAS BEEN MY PIANO TUNER SINCE THEN. HE IS PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS AND A TRUE CRAFTSMAN. I RECOMMEND HIM WHOLEHEARTEDLY.
