Description of Work: We haven't had our piano tuned in quite some time, but needed to get it done ASAP because we were having a guest in our home who writes music. Mike was able to accommodate us, taking his weekend time to fit us in. | |To our surprise when Mike came to our home, he had a driver companion with him because he was blind. He had a great ear for tuning and our piano sounded wonderful and mellow in tone once he was done! Our guest confirmed this and was happy as he was able to play and compose to his heart's content. | |After our guest left, we discovered that one of our piano keys played no sound. We called Mike and he came back out, no charge, to figure out what was wrong. He discovered a pencil had rolled in between the keyboard and hammers making the key soundless. | |We found both Mike and his driver companion very warm and sociable. He's in high demand as a tuner. We've asked to be placed on his list for tuning our piano on a yearly cycle. He's reasonably priced and we appreciated his coming out of his way to tune the piano so we added a tip to his service. | |
