+ -1 moreExcellent. Miguel (and his assistant) were always punctual, trustworthy, efficient, organized, and very hard workers. Miguel is an excellent communicator who was extremely responsive to my many concerns and needs. He even did a few additional minor things without extra charge because he felt they were important. Beautiful finished product completed in the time promised.

+ -1 moreReasonable price. A hard-working crew of 2-3 guys worked 2-1/2 days. They did a good job with prep (lots of tough scraping), caulk, prime, and paint. Very satisfactory work. The fresh paint looks great!
