+ -1 moreOverall, they cleaned the house and that was satisfactory. However, with the carpet they said they weren't responsible and they wouldn't fix it.
Description of Work: We have sea grass carpet and told them not to use a regular vacuum on it. It shredded all the seagrass flooring.

+ -1 moreThe experience has been an A overall with them. They cleaned my daughter's room. They deserve a medal for that. They adapt very well to different areas of the house and different things that need to be done. They are punctual and the house is well cleaned. We have had things broken, like a window once, however they have offered to pay for those reparations.
Description of Work: They perform housecleaning for us and we spend 300 dollars a month.

+ -1 moreJeff the owner/manager met with us and gave us a price. They performed the cleaning on the following Saturday, which met our time lines. They arrived when they said they would and finished when they said they would and stuck to the price we were quoted.
Description of Work: We used Merry Maids to professionally clean a vacated rental. They went above and beyond. The completed job went above expectations. The unit looks so good we are having potential renters wear shoe covers when showing. We will definitely use again.

Description of Work: I moved out of my house & called Merry Maids for an estimate on cleaning it. They came out and did an onsite inspection, walked me through all the rooms and explained what they would do. Other quotes I received were strickly on the phone. On the morning of the cleaning, they arrived on time & did such a great job cleaning every room of my house. The buyer was happy & I was sad that I hadn't had them cleaning my house while I lived there. They were even able to clean the black crusty stuff off of the stove!
